I used Ocean Property as my solicitors for the purchase of my first flat. The process was entirely new to me but Ocean made time to go through each aspect and explain the requirements to me whenever I asked them and I felt fully supported by them from start to finish. Dimitri worked on my case and he was extremely prompt with responses and kept me fully engaged throughout, I felt I could approach him when I needed and he was able to meet some tough deadlines presented through the purchase. Everyone I interacted with at Ocean was extremely professional but friendly all the same and took all the necessary steps to ensure we progressed through and completed the purchase. Thanks for everything you did, I couldn’t recommend you highly enough

As a first time buyer, I needed a lot of ‘hand holding’ and Ocean were helpful and supportive. I may have expected too much from Ocean at times, but that stemmed from my lack of knowledge and understanding about the process of buying a property. I have nothing to compare my experience with Ocean to, but on the whole was quite happy with the service.

The team at Southvile will be happy to know you felt supported during your purchase as we know how daunting it can be (as well as sometimes frustrating and confusing sometimes!), expecting 'too much' is fine by us. I've never had a better service from a letting agent before. The personal, friendly, warm and helpful support and advice we've received from the team at Ocean has been outstanding. Quick to respond to problems, questions are really appreciated and they are more than fair, on the side of both the tenant and landlord. We found Niki extremely helpful at finding us a rental property in Bristol, even showing us around 3 times to make sure we really were certain it was right for us and helping us negotiate certain aspects for our contract. She even came in on her day off to do the hand over. Highly recommend as everyone we have dealt with has been very warm and friendly.
