TrustpilotGreat experience with Scott
We’ve had a brilliant experience with Ocean. All the way through from my initial contact with Scott Hudson and our subsequent conversations to refine and agree the service level, he’s provided us with excellent advice and customer service. Scott has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the letting sector and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to rent or let a property in Bristol. From a commercial and residential landlord perspective, he’s a trusted market advisor.

TrustpilotMy overall experience was ok, got the job done.
My overall experience was ok but I did feel at times that there was a lack of communication and being kept up to date with the progress of my house sale. I had to chase things several times. I felt like there was not one person who was dealing with it that I could speak to but instead I was passed between colleagues. They worked hard to push the sale through which I appreciated as there were some delays at the end.

TrustpilotGreat communication
Richard, Tracey & Claire have been very helpful throughout the process of my remortgage and most importantly the communication has been spot on. Tracey and Richard in particular have gone above and beyond in my view, in helping push the process along as well as they could do.
