I had to put the phone down on the Assistant Manager due to his pressure tactics and disrespectful tone. He was clearly trying to close the sale to help him meet his targets, with no respect for me ir my views, as the property owner.

Luigi and his team were absolutely fantastic thoughout the whole process of finding a mortgage. He was very patient and managed to find us a great deal depsite other brokers failing repeatedly. His communication and efficiency was excellent. Would recommend him and his team and would use again if moving house/remortaging.
