everything from the sellers solicitors was fantastic in terms of communication and in terms of helping to process matters when things were stalled with my own solicitors. only a minor blip with regards to management company of property not being aware their the flat was even being sold and i had not been given codes for the building access to recycling and shed or energy reading area. Otherwise Ocean have been fantastic

The Shirehampton Ocean office couldn't be a friendlier, more welcoming place and we'd happily recommend them for buying or selling property. Our sale took more than 6 months, and our 'move manager', Tanya, was fantastic, guiding us and supporting us through the ups and downs with her calmness, experienced actions and many words of wisdom. We considered ourselves lucky to have such an experienced and considerate move manager and would use their services again.

To those who are looking for a new rental, or a new home, Ocean estate agents have been superb. Charlie ( in Portishead ) our lettings agent has always been up front and honest with any circumstances we faced to help us move into our new home. He is very professional, caring, well spoken, and communicates with us as a client very well. It is stressful having things thrown at you out of the blue, but Charlie and the Ocean team makes your life at ease.I would have full confidant if we one day looking to buy, I would continue with Ocean estate agent! 5 stars is deserved.

Our experience of using Ocean has been amazing. My mother-in-law is 88 years old and it could have been a very traumatic experience for her, but they were very professional, patient and above all great to work with. Overall a fantastic team of people. I would advise you to use their solicitors, as they worked hand-in-hand with the Estate Agents and understood where we were in the process.

Overall, a very good experience from Ocean's estate agency and conveyancing teams. Obvious great local knowledge. Found me several potential buyers, so managed to achieve a good offer above the target. Helpful all the way through, with regular updates about progress with the process. The only disappointment was at the interface between the agency and conveyancing teams, as I was quoted the wrong conveyancing fee by the agency team.
