Trustpilotprofessional, friendly and helpful
Ella and the team at Shirehampton Ocean were professional, friendly and helpful in the purchase of our house. Ella kept us up to date on all progress and even if there was none, would keep in contact to say that she was still waiting to hear back which meant we didn't have to chase. Thank you!

TrustpilotLauren Stanley is fantastic
Lauren Stanley did a fantastic job in ensuring that what became a slightly complicated sale reached completion. We finally completed less than a week before the Buyer's mortgage offer expired & without Lauren's help liaising with all parties, keeping me & the buyer informed & pushing things along I really believe it would have fallen through. Please pass on my thanks & give her the recognition she deserves for her work on this.

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your sale, it's great to hear Lauren was able to help get you to completion. We believe Move Mangers are needed for every sale, but they are particularly helpful when things get complicated, as they often can. We will be sure to pass on your comments to her.

TrustpilotIf you want to move to your new home
If you want to move to your new home, Ocean Estate Agents are the best to go with. My wife and I recently moved to Bristol and were looking for a permanent place to live in, and after viewing few properties we meet William Jenkins on a viewing from Ocean Agents. He was really kind, helpful and genuine. We visited two properties with him were he oriented us in details and great suggestion. He made our process smooth and quick as promised. I would highly recommend him. Thank you for helping us finding our new home.

TrustpilotI had a wonderful experience
I had a wonderful experience of Ocean. They handled our first house purchase and we needed lots of hand holding through the process. Everyone along the way was organised and efficient. I would like to state specifically that Johnny, Lily and Kirstie were an absolute pleasure. Would have no reservations whatsoever in recommending ocean to others.

TrustpilotOcean Delivered
Ocean estate agents right from the start with Ella and Jess having the patience with me as I over analysed the property were so friendly. After having multiple viewings around Bristol, I noticed the welcoming professionalism stayed consistent which was never the case with other estate agent companies. Once my bid was accepted, Debbie looked after me relaying important information back and forth, keeping me in the loop and the process flowing. I found Debbie, like other Ocean staff, to be so kind and understanding, especially as I was a first time buyer. So, thanks again Ocean Estate Agents, I couldn’t have asked for better.

I was recommended Ocean Finance by an Estate agent, having used another broker in the past. Efficient service and advice in arranging a mortgage for a complex property. Very appreciative of Neil's expertise. He emailed regularly to ensure I got the best product / interest rates possible. Thank you for your excellent service.

Luigi and his team are straight talking and pin sharp when it comes to the realities of mortgage products, budgeting and future planning. Over the years he has helped me with three house moves/remortgages (even for my remortgage down in Somerset), and each time I have been very happy. I thoroughly recommend them!
