Ocean were brilliant from start to finish - we used their associated law firm to handle our purchase as well as dealing with them as estate agents and they made the whole process very straightforward. All of the staff we dealt with friendly, efficent and knowledgable, and we also consulted their mortgage advisor who provided some useful advice. I'd dealt previously with Ocean while we were looking for a rental property in the city and found them to be one of the most helpful agents I spoke to - unlike some other rental agents in the city there was no pressure to 'bid' on properties and they were super-helpful in trying to find somewhere right for us. Highly recommend Ocean all round - excellent property services and advice!

As with all negative comments, a Director investigates matters. Our Property Management team have confirmed we have no record of any outstanding property issues, indeed your property manager is not aware of any disruptions for the whole of your tenancy.
