Communication was excellent. I live in France and although unfortunately all communication from Ocean lawyers came via my spam box which I learned to check! Not sure how one puts this right and I am guessing that I am one of only a very few living in the EU selling a property through you which might explain the problem now that UK is out of EU and don't want to get into that argument other than I think it was an act of 'self harm' in general!

We went with Ocean for advice on buying our first home years ago. One of the main attractions being that the advice was free, which is still the case.Ocean contacted us around 6 months before our current deal ended. The advice we received was comprehensive and delivered in a friendly manner with no pressure to make a quick decision, and even covered our option to go direct to a mortgage provider.Once we made a decision they acted quickly to secure our deal when providers were withdrawing them fast. The whole experience was quite smooth and they kept us informed throughout the whole process.I can't see us going to another company for mortgage advice in the future.
