Hey this is bharath, Ocean estate lettings has made my journey so easy in Bristol, without them I don’t know what must have been my situation as I am a student, AMELIA the agent there has been with me through my entire letting journey and has made sure everything was amazing, she was the best, will always be thankful for them. They are very professional to the core. Highly recommend taking their help. Without them I wouldn’t find the house I always wanted.

The staff who helped with our sale were easy to contact and very helpful. It was a bit of a stressful process due to the first buyer being unreliable, but they did their best to guide and reassure us. We would have given 5 stars, but sometimes we were a little confused about the process and timeframes, but overall we were very happy with the service and would use them again.

I delt with both Jemima and James from ocean Downend, with the rental of my2 bed house. They were exceptionally efficient with the finding and referencing of my new tenants. I didnt have to worry about a thing and it was great to have these matters taken care of for me. Highly recommended!

I was undecided whether to go with any agency or not due to horror stories and bad experiences that I (and everyone else in the world) had before, with how unreliable and dishonest EAs can be.Will and his Team at Ocean in Southville really proved these concerns wrong as they were nothing but helpful and professional at all times and it really felt like they went to every effort to make the process smooth for the tenants and I.Would certainly recommend.

The experience was quite a daunting one for someone of aged 80 and 88 who hadn't moved in nearly 40 years but the office in Westbury dealt with the move with patience and support throughout the process as over the months there were some challenges which needed to be dealt with and these were dealt with very well especially by Melissa and Adam.Thank you.
