Although completion took longer than anticipated, our conveyancer Ella did everything possible to get it through in time before our mortgage offer expired. Everyone was really kind to us, even when we did get a little flustered at times. Would use them again in a heartbeat. 😊

The sales process management process was poor. The sale was complex and I had to intervene and manage the process myself to secure completion.
We appreciate your feedback; however, the complexity of this particular sale, due to legal intricacies, placed several aspects beyond our control. Please be assured your Move Manager made every effort to expedite matters but had very limited control of these particular legal issues. Our review of the case file notes including all communications supports this. The pursuit of the EWS1 certificate, alongside adherence to BSA regulations, necessitated a great deal of additional conveyancing resulting in delays.Please note that your solicitor, being directly accountable to you as their client, may have provided more prompt responses than their communications with Ocean Estate Agents. We hope your onward move has been positive.Regards, Ocean

I used the Westbury-on-Trym branch of Ocean to sell my Property. From the begining they gave excellent and accurate advice on selling. Everyone in the office is really lovely, and very supportive throughout the whole process which was painful at times! I couldn't have got through the completion without Mel my move manager, who worked relentlessly! I would highly recommend to others.

The marketing of the home resulted in multiple offers over asking in only a week and Ocean helped us evaluate offer "quality" as well as just raw price to help us select a qualified buyer highly likely to come through.The sale was complicated by old title covenants, an overseas seller and ultimately international funds transfer. I have recently used Ocean Estate Agents to start renting a property in the centre of Bristol. We arrived 10 minutes early for the viewing, yet the agent was already there ahead of time and was very knowledgeable about the property. They were able to answer all of my questions in detail.Once my application for the property was accepted there were some paperwork complications (that was solely my fault) so I contacted William Jenkins who corrected the issue in a professional manner. Without his intervention and swift action, I don't believe I would have been able to secure the tenancy.As someone who finds moving houses / setting up rental contracts particularly stressful I could not be more grateful to work with an agency that makes my life easier. I did not think it would be possible to go from viewing to having a moving date so easily.

Ocean Estate Agents (Mortgage Advisors and Staff) were fantastic in securing us a property and several mortgages too ! As everyone nows, buying a house can be a drawn out process, especially where Lenders are involved, but the staff at Ocean never gave up and pushed on relentlessly right up until Christmas ! Hence we secured everything we needed by the end of 2021. A great job ! Cannot rate them highly enough. Keep up the good work Team Ocean ! We'll be back for sure :-)
