I have waited over a month before writing a review as I didn’t want the stress of moving to influence my opinion but I can honestly say I would never recommend Ocean! My experience was with the Bradley Stoke office and was during lockdown so perhaps somewhat different but I had very little support, and communication only came after I phoned or emailed them. I found the attitude of Stefano changed after I had signed the contract and at times he was downright rude - I have not even heard from him regarding my completion and I had an aggressive phone call when I complained about the poor customer service of his team. However the Ocean lawyers, Kelly and Livia, were excellent! Helpful, cheerful and knowledgeable, they went above and beyond to help and made the whole process bearable. Full marks to them and nul points to the estate agents

Being reassured by the staff of the stage’s selling your property goes through. Having visibility to the’dashboard’ on line so you can check the progress of the selling process. The document you are given to fill in at the beginning of the process can be a bit daunting but checking it through with a member of staff is very helpful. You are contacted quickly whenever a question comes up for clarification. A clear concise breakdown of costs are easy to understand.

With regards to viewing notice, in a busy market, we will of course attempt to accommodate potential buyers who wish to view within 24 hours, we therefore alert sellers by text as soon as possible. Other viewing requests may allow for less urgent confirmation and would therefore be made by either telephone call or email. We were unaware of a prefered method for yourself but apologise for any confusion caused. Please accept our belated apologies for the 1 cancelled viewing, it is unclear at this time which of the circa 30 viewings this was.
