TrustpilotChallenges in finding accommodation - great
I was tasked with finding an international nurse and her family accommodation and Ocean Lettings were extremely helpful. They found a beautiful flat in a great location at a fair price. The documents needed were challenging but they provided help and support all the way through so I would highly recommend them. Thank you.

FacebookStill awaiting news of our deposit nearly 6 weeks after tenancy finished. Only response we get when we call them is “we are waiting for landlord”. New tenants have already moved in, the checkout report shows there is nothing wrong in the property but they say it could be September before we hear! Tenant Deposit Scheme advises landlord should respond in 10 days. The agent is disinterested and as students we really need this money.

TrustpilotConsiderably better than the other local agents!
After having recently dealt with a number of other local agents (in particular Taylors at Filton) I have to say that Ocean Gloucester Road are a complete breath of fresh air. Professional, detailed and fantastic communication. I make reference to Josh specifically who in all of the dealings I have had, has been utterly professional and on the ball. Well done!

Craig and Tom at my local branch on the Wells Road in Bristol were amazing. They really listened to and understood my specific needs and found the perfect home for me. Nothing was too much trouble during the process and even when I was sure it wouldn't happen they made sure it did! I shall be forever grateful to them for enabling me to make a fresh start in my lovely home!

TrustpilotExcellent communication , kept us (tenants) in the loop at every step
My partner and I recently secured a rental tenancy through Ocean Downend for a 3 bed property. Service was quick and efficient, and Jemima was in contact with me regularly to keep me updated on the process. Best letting agent I have dealt with by far (and I have dealt with a lot). Thank you so much.

As first time buyers we were nervous to be purchasing our first home and of course had numerous queries and questions. I couldn’t recommend Ocean Downend more! Lisa Lewis was outstanding and super helpful. She had really quick responses and did everything she could to make the journey go smoothly. Big thanks to Lisa and the team.

Lost out on a significant amount of money as the solicitors did not put through mortgage payment redemption in time. It's a shame that you have to constantly chase them to do what seems to be everyday parts of their role. Getting information from them is like extracting blood from a stone. If you're happy to email them every day then you should go with these guys as they did give us a decent rate in comparison. You get what you pay for.

Great experience selling my property though Ocean - Westbury-on-Trym branch. Steve was brilliant - highly knowledgeable of the area and the market, selling my property quickly. Mel as the move manager was very efficient to respond to calls and emails, and updating on the chain as the sale progressed. A very professional team and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Thank you all at Ocean, Westbury.

TrustpilotWe highly recommend Luigi to anyone looking for straightforward and helpful advice.
Luigi and Tracey in the Mortgage team were excellent throughout our complicated remortgage and purchase process. They reacted quickly to our decision to purchase and helped us lock in competitive rates last year before the rate hikes. We highly recommend Luigi to anyone looking for straightforward and helpful advice.

TrustpilotOcean Estate Agents were fantastic from start to finish!
We used Ocean Estate agents to sell our home and buy a new one. All staff we dealt with were fantastic, very friendly & completely professional from start to finish. They guided us through the process and tried to make it as stress free as possible. We had a particularly difficult process with buying our new home, caused by the seller, but Ocean were very supportive and kept us informed at all times. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again and highly recommend to friends and family.
