Ocean Financial Services were brilliant in handling the remortgage of our home. Luigi is really knowledgable and helpful and Rosie ensured things were running smoothly throughout the process. They are very proactive, rather than me having to constantly chase for updates as I have done with previous companies, they made sure I knew what was happening at every step of the process. I would definitely recommend and will be using them again in the future. A stress-free experience.

Outstanding service. I unresevedly recommend Ocean.Ocean were just fabulous. I've had a fairly complicated chain and I used Ocean all the way through, buying and selling through Ocean Estate Agents and using Ocean Lawyers for the conveyancing. The team were incredibly helpful, professional, and courteous. The agents were very good and they took a great deal of ownership and they put significant effort into getting me the best deal available for selling my property. I was really happy with the evaluation, the photos, the negotiations and the viewings.There were a few hiccups along the way (nothing unusual) but those were predominantly to do with dealing with challenging parties and Ocean worked with me to resolve those issues as they came up. The completion day itself was crazy-stressful (they always are) but the move managers were very helpful and patient. (By the way, the concept of the move manager is awesome and made the whole process more manageable).The conveyancing solicitors were just outstanding and they represented excellent value for money as far as I'm concerned - I genuinely felt that they had my best interest in mind throughout and that I was very well represented in the chain. I was dreading getting the bill (because they were so damn good) but I was pleasantly surprised that they really stuck to a more-than-reasonably pricing with no nasty surprises. Rosie, Kate, Lily, Kenny, Matthew, Hannah, Siobhan - big thanks to you all for being ace. Keep doing what you're doing. <3

We cannot thank the team at Ocean Shirehampton and especially Ella, enough! Their level of communication was stellar and kept us calm at an otherwise stressful time. You don't ever have to worry. They're all professional and care about what you're going through. I very often received emails from Ella updating me hours after their office was closed. It allowed me to have a good nights sleep: I do appreciate the hard work. Their sold signs are all over the neighbourhood for a reason.

In April this year we had itchy feet and decided to contact Joanna at Ocean, after a brief discussion we knew that this experience was going to be completely different. Once we'd signed on the dotted line (and they won't penalise you if you decide to leave them before the end of the contract), Joanna flew into action. She took brilliant pictures, took measurements of the rooms, wrote the description of the house and the house was on the market and online (Rightmove) by the end of the first day.Harley was also involved in viewings, which came thick and fast, the feedback came within half an hour of each visit and low and behold three weeks later the house was sold! Thank you Joanna and Harley for your professionalism.We used Ocean Property Lawyers, who just got on with the job, and keeping it in house meant that we all knew where we were at each stage.All in all we had a very positive experience and would recommend Ocean without hesitation :)

Very pleased with the quality and level of service. Would absolutely recommend. Honest, caring, professional, diligent, charge a fair price... what more could you ask for? We dealt with Andrew as the original point of contact and Rosie as our post-offer co-ordinator. Both were excellent. They know the local market better than anyone. It seems that in current times, some agents wait for business to come to them and then appear to strive to mis-manage the transaction, but this is not true of Ocean. They marketed the property well and followed it every step of the way through to completion.

After a traumatic start with HSBC trying to go direct I couldn’t be happier that I made the switch to use a broker at Ocean. Luigi was night and day. He powered through the process and kept me updated at every stage. I would highly recommend anyone trying to do it direct to not bother and get Luigi to sort it, save yourself the time and stress! 10/10 would use again in a heartbeat.

I've used Ocean now for about 3 1/2 years and have found them to be excellent and knowledgeable. I don't have a large portfolio of properties but Scott Hudson and the team have always been great to deal with and always on hand to offer advice, sort any issues before the become problems and ensure that high quality tenants are found.I can't recommend them highly enough, if you are in need of having your properties professionally managed and looked after then you need to speak to the team at Ocean. Second to none.

We are dealing with Ocean for the purchase of a property and we have already been recommending them to friends and family. Our main contact has been Tom from the Southville branch - it is a tough market out there at the moment and we couldn't have got our future family home without him! Tom has been a great source of support and advice. No mass open house viewings, nor impersonal group emails, Tom got to know us and what we were looking for and we received a very tailored service. The Ocean Estates office in Filton were so helpful during the sale of our house. We'd not move for 30 yrs and we're downsizing, we had some hiccups, but everyone worked tirelessly to help sort them out. There was always someone available to help with any questions or advice during the process. We were kept well informed from the start through to the move manager (Sam) who kept us up to date weekly how things were progressing. I would highly recommend anyone to Ocean Estates.

From the get go of phoning Ocean from my home in France, they were nothing but very helpful. I had a window of a week to empty my fathers house and get it on the market. A couple of hours after arriving in Bristol, a smart young man arrived at the house. Tom Weaver, could see my enormous challenge and was very helpful in every way........as I didn't know where or how to start. Following Tom's advice and not knowing Bristol itself, he came back at the end of the week (house now empty) took photos - my limited time in the UK fast running out, he personally took me to their in house conveyancing team, to sort out the paperwork. Job done the house went on the market the next day. I was then introduced to Craig Price, their sales progresser. Already being impressed with the professionalism of Ocean, I was to be even more impressed by Craig. He jumped through every possible hoop to keep both myself and my buyer updated at every stage of the sale. There were a few hairy moments along the way, but Craig went that extra mile, to make sure our little ship sailed on an even keel. Thank you Ocean, personal thanks to both Tom and Craig, they are a terrific asset to the company, and I would not, in anyway, hesitate to recommend this Estate Agency.

I used Ocean to secure a property - lots of time pressure - Lily and Abygayl were excellent. Friendly, helpful and relentless in resolving the various but inevitable issues that arose. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Thank you for your positive feedback, we are of course disappointed you feel 1 star is warranted however. It is a matter of policy that deposit monies are returned as soon as possible and all procedures are managed accordingly. In this instance it is our understanding that we are awaiting confirmation that the deposit can be finalized from all tenants named on the Tenancy Agreement. They were contacted again on the 7th November. Furthermore we are required to confirm that we can forward the monies to an account not pertaining to the Tenancy Agreement, one tenant's family member is our understanding. Once it has been confirmed that this this has been agreed, we will forward the deposit monies straight away.Assuring you of our best intentions, Ocean.

Ocean were appointed to sell my property in early May and I was pleasantly surprised to receive two asking price offers within the first week of the property going live.However, the agreed buyers’ solicitor was incredibly slow and unresponsive from the get-go.Spurious delays were encountered and the process was extremely onerous.Several months passed, with progress deteriorating to such an extent that I had contemplated withdrawing the sale.Mellissa (Bell) was designated my “Move Manager” to oversee the sale to contract completion and without Mellissa’s ongoing intervention and skilled coordination, the sale would have definitely been withdrawn.Her pleasant disposition and endeavour to complete was admirable.She demonstrated immense effort and professionalism in obtaining a successful outcome and relieving so much stress from my shoulders.A job well done by the Ocean Team.

Matt, Simon and Cleo steered us all the way through the process with excellent advice and support so that we were able to make the right decisions.
