All staff at Ocean have been professional,efficient and supportive also sympathetic and pro-active when problems occurred with our chain of buyers. Tommy Williams,has a lovely understanding manner and from the start made us feel he was working for us and on our side. He worked hard on the original details,listing,negotiating,viewings etc with Melissa Bell making endless phone calls, chasing and liaising with the solicitors and agents involved with the chain which was no mean feat due to complications and protracted inquiries, finally bringing everything to a successful conclusion. Many thanks to all involved including Helen Walker and the team for their part in the paperwork and conveyancing as all the work they undertook was dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Ocean Estate Agents were professional, fair and consistent throughout our experience with them. We received out first offer within 2 weeks of it being marketed, and we were in a position to accept an offer within 3.5 weeks. Although we hit some bumps along the way, it was through no fault of Ocean. Katie, the Move Manager was exceptional. She provided a great level of communication, remained friendly and professional throughout and gave us peace of mind. We can't thank her enough for all she did to make the chain 'work' and get our property sold and get us into our new home. Thanks Ocean. Great experience and would recommend.

In the process of buying and selling a property using ocean property solicitors. The communication has been beyond poor emails and calls not responded to. Although our sellers mortgage offer runs out in a matter days there is no sense of urgency bare in mind this process has being going on for over 6 months and I am currently having to chase information myself as I was told that they would not be able to keep updating me. When I do phone to inform them that the ball is now in their court they just say well I can't deal with that today. Thank god for our estate agent who has managed to keep us better informed I would not wish this stress on anyone.

In respect of your sale, we understand that a further enquiry was raised on Friday 31/10 and was addressed promptly today 4/10. With regard to your purchase transaction, this transpired to be rather more complex with your conveyancer needing to have various defects in the title rectified to ensure that these will not be an issue for yourselves on resale. We do appreciate that transactions which are more complex often take more time which can lead to frustrations and we apologise if you feel that your files have not been considered urgent however, please be assured that on the contrary, your matters continue to remain a priority and are being treated as such. I unreservedly recommend Ocean Financial Services. After arranging my original mortgage for me when I moved house 5 years ago, Luigi contacted me a few months ahead of my fixed rate coming to an end to invite me in to look at options to re-mortgage. I hadn’t even thought of it at this point, so was very grateful for the reminder.At our meeting, Luigi took the time to talk me through a number of options to meet my specific needs. Once we had identified the right deal for me, all the legwork from there on in was done by Luigi and his colleague Rosie, including getting the correct mortgage protection in place. I was kept fully informed at each step of the process and where I did need to complete paperwork myself, Rosie was on hand to advise. All in all an excellent service, professional, personal, supportive, efficient. 10 out of 10 from me!

I have been highly satisfied with Ocean primarily thanks to Abigail Daly. She has been extremely helpful, and always showed interest in any problems we faced as tenants. She always replied to emails on the same day (even within a few minutes (!) on most occasions) and offered quick solutions. I wish everyone were like Abi! PS. There is honestly no exaggeration in this review. I am truly very satisfied with Ocean thanks to her.

We are first time buyers buying through Ocean and using Ocean Property Lawyers. Having just completed, we couldn't be happier! Everyone was so helpful throughout.Steph did an amazing job with all our searches and contracts and advice. Livia and Ella were both great getting things rolling.When finding our new home, everyone in the Filton office were great, always keeping us up to date with new properties coming on and always happy to show us round (several times in some cases). Myself and partner used these to rent out our beautiful apartment. We decided to move back in to our property. Upon arrival the bathroom was falling apart, toilet broken, cooker was covered in black where the tenet hadn't even cleaned it. We went back to ocean to ask for help as we believe he shouldn't have his deposit back. The attitude of the staff was very dismissive , no help at all and very rude saying not our problem. Apparently they done property checks but I assume it was done by a 10 year old . Best advise is stay away from them if your planning to rent out your property.

Exemplary service from Tracey. We always feel that we are in good hands. Special notes to the way they keep notes on everyones cases, it doesn't matter who you speak to if your case handler is away they have all the information and deal with your queries just as efficiently. Thank you too to Rosie for helping while Tracey was off. Tracey was politely persistent in hurrying along 3rd parties and when push came to shove effective at putting the pressure on to ensure completion.

Everyone was so lovely at Ocean and made the experience of buying our first home really positive. Only negative we experienced was not being able to get through on the phone! But think it was extra busy in the run up to the stamp duty deadline... we used Ocean's financial services team too and Simon was so helpful and easy to get hold of. We even just got a lovely moving gift!

I used Ocean and in particular Luigi when I completed my first mortgage. It was a quick decision to go back to him when I came to re-mortgage this year. On both occasions Luigi's sound and practical advice was invaluable. In addition to Luigi's help his assistant Rosie was on hand to answer any and all questions which was much appreciated. They both ensured the transaction completed on time which was vitally important. I will certainly be using Luigi for all future mortgage and re-mortgage applications. I always recommend him for friends when they are seeking advice.

I can’t speak highly enough of Ocean (southville branch) from start to finish they have been superb. Having struggled to sell my house with a different estate agents (Connells) i decided to turn to Ocean having had them recommended to me. The manager, Chris came to my house immediately, after a discussion Chris suggested I make one or two simple alterations to the house in order to make it more appealing. Within the first weekend I had 4 offers on the house which at this stage was being dealt with by Claire. Claire was equally as pleasent to deal with, communication was great and I was fully briefed on every viewing that I had, nothing was to much trouble and Claire’s communication with me was excellent.Finally, Ashleigh from the legal team dealt with the sale. Ashleigh kept me fully up to date with the sale and was prompt with any enquiry that I had. All in all a very smooth, professional and positive experience selling my house with Ocean estate agents.
