We completed on our property in November 2019, Ocean were the seller's estate agents. Lisa nd Liz kept us updated throughout the whole process, were quick to deal with any snags and were generally a pleasure to deal with!We were relocating from a different part of the country so viewings were tricky due to travel - Ocean were very flexible and able to book multiple viewings at short notice, were happy to help with the process. On the other hand another local estate agent would not allow us to book viewings until our house had sold and cancelled us on several occasions. The aftercare has been great too - very prompt and easily accessible. Would definitely recommend.

Everyone I have spoken to has been friendly and helpful. Molly was very friendly at the viewing and Debra has been helpful with questions during the process of getting paperwork sorted. One minor opportunity area for improvement would be to set better expectations on timelines, on a couple of occasions I was told ‘x’ would be happening at this time or this date, I don’t mind things being late but would prefer to be told / have expectations set appropriately.

I am not an avid review write however, I felt compelled to write one regarding my recent dealings with Ocean and in particular Stephanie Broderick. From the beginning Stephanie was outstanding in her support during such a stressful time. Her knowledge and advice on all things related to a remortgage and transfer of equity meant that all my questions were answered fully and my mind put at ease throughout the entire process. Not only does Stephanie ensure she responds promptly and provide updates ,as to not leave me biting my nails in anticipation, she ensures that her team also strive to provide the best service as well. Each time i spoke or corresponded with either Stephanie or her assistant Ella, I was met with nothing less than a cheery disposition and willingness to help. Stephanie Broderick = amazing and supportive

My boyfriend and I are (were) first time home buyers, so understandably nervous about venturing into a whole new world of paperwork we knew we wouldn't understand, and what a mortgage means and the process of buying a house! But we were blessed with a pain-free house purchase because of Stephanie Broderick and her team. Of course, all house purchases (so we have been told) come with their hick-ups, and ours were nothing to do with the Ocean team, but all to do with the sellers solicitors etc. and needless to say we felt so supported and informed throughout the whole process; I had every faith in Stephanie to do what was right by us, and she didn't let me down at any moment. From the advice she gave, to relevant and frequent updates. She made house buying very straight forward with a gentle hand-hold so I didn't panic and get confused with a dummy check-list of things we would need to do, provide and understand, as well as be very patient whilst I asked silly questions along the way (as I was quite clueless). Thank you, Stephanie (and Ocean team) for providing the human, relatable and friendly touch to what we feared would be a daunting experience. I'll miss hearing my wonderful solicitor get excited with me about my house purchase! Downend Branch.Huge thanks to the estate agent team, especially Lisa and Jake. They were polite and helpful every step of the way. Jake was extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with - not at all pushy like I had encountered with other estate agencies. Lisa was fantastic over 14 long months and always made me feel like I wasn't being annoying with my constant chasing!I also used the legal team in the same office for my sale and purchase and am very pleased with the service I received. Clare kept me in the loop and was easy to deal with. I would recommend both teams to anyone. :)
