Thank You Ocean Bishopston! Lockdown wasn't the easiest time to be buying and selling, but we felt very looked after throughout! Ocean put our house in St Werburghs online a two weeks before lockdown, luckily we had 8 offers in under a week and it went for over the asking price. Due to lockdown things did take a bit longer than expected. Yet the customer service and communication through out was fantastic - one of the team was always available to easy any concerns. We will certainly be recommending Ocean to friends and family. Thank you Jordon, Ella and Jason for looking after us so well.

I don't normally write reviews like this but I've had several dealings with Ocean over the last two years and have found myself going back to them again, this time in search of a rental property. As usual, they have been professional, helpful and committed, justifying my decision to undertake my search through them once more. In particular, Molly Rees has been exceptionally helpful and I couldn't have wished for anybody more professional, helpful and efficient. Molly is clearly a real asset to the company and, without her efforts on our behalf, our whole search would have been far more fraught in the very active rental market we were encountering in Bristol. The sale of the flat went very smoothly. Ocean were efficient, open and checked everything all the way through. Jason Bunting was easy to talk to at any time, and very helpful when questions arose. He is a true professional and I recommend him and Ocean without reservation. Selling or buying, it is always a stressful time and we all need someone to trust and who is there beside us all the time - and Ocean, in particular Jason, did all they could to ensure the transaction had a good outcome for all involved. First of all, I chose Matt Redmond to sell my father's flat as he had originally sold it to my father. I was very impressed with him then, and was relieved to discover he was still at Ocean seven years later, when I needed to sell the flat. He has a very professional manner and was very reassuring and helpful. During the sale process Laura Savage kept me informed at every stage and was extremely helpful when the Purchaser was quite demanding following the survey on the property. Finally Ella Hughes (in Legal) was also pleasant and efficient at all times. I would happily recommend Ocean to anyone buying or selling a property.

Lily Butler was fantastic in helping me confirm a Bristol lease at lightning speed - we went from initial outreach to lease confirmed over a period of 5 hours. Ocean - Downend sold my house for me in December 2019 and Lawrence was absolutely fantastic at getting lots of viewers into the property and keeping me informed all the way through the process. We originally were going through a broker when Ocean notified us that we could use their Lawyers with the property we were buying through them; and I am SO GLAD we did. From day 1 Ocean have been absolutely fantastic, they've taken time to explain everything as an FTB, helping sort every tiny detail and triple checking we understood everything. Communication has been so quick and very easy, I'd certainly highly recommend to use them and will be doing so during my next move whenever that may be. Thanks to Stephanie, Laura, Dimitri, Olivia and all the rest of the team there, they have been fantastic.

We have used Ocean Estates to let 2 of our properties. The properties were let quickly, managed efficiently and payments have been timely. Lily Edwards who managed the lets, was very professional in all her dealings with us and we are very happy with the service from Ocean. I've been with Ocean now for around five years and have always been pleased with the Property Management service they provided. My current property manager Stepanie Barnes has been a reliable support, being very responsive to the tenant's needs and liaising with me when necessary. Stephanie is very responsive to requests I have made to assist with finding contractors to maintain the house. They have always found good reliable tenants and are quick to alert me when there are issues that need to be attended to at the house. I have just bought a house through ocean and the whole team are amazing. Liz was brilliant she showed us around the house and let us visit the property numerous times with family members. Lisa Lewis supported us through the purchase and she really went above and beyond her role to ensure our purchase went through, she has truly been amazing, always on the phone if you need to speak to her, extremely supportive , liased with everyone in our chain, has given regular updates.
