That was a tough time, where we are finding no properties, Charlie was very good at his work, as his name itself has 'LET'.

Due to COVID 19 my house sale was not the easiest of processes however Jason and Jordan were both great throughout.Jordan was really easy to talk to and kept me calm and offered really good practical advise and went above and beyond to get things done. I also used the Legal Services team attached to the agent who were equally as good and did all they could to get things processed, especially dealing with a difficult management company.

They emailed us back super quickly whenever we needed them and they genuinely seemed to care about our experience. Ocean Property Lawyers and Marise and her team were superb for us. From start to finish through a tricky chain with several bumps in the road, their knowledge and experience shone through. Linda in particular dedicated a great deal of time and effort to make our move a reality and really took on board our constant demands! We would recommend them to anyone as they really became the glue that held the chain together and ensured it progressed at the pace we needed.

Ocean Property Lawyers were absolutely fantastic dealing with my purchase. I am a first time buyer and buying a new build. New builds are usually a more complex file to deal with, but the developer was pressuring us to exchange within a shorter timescale than the regular conveyancing process. Stephanie, Livia and Ella worked really hard and achieved this goal which I really appreciate. It’s so nice to find a conveyancer that works to your best interest, I cannot thank them enough!! I have loads of friends who will be looking to buy over the coming months and I will definitely recommend the girls at Bradley Stoke! :)

Tom came to look at the house and explained the process and what Ocean would do. We agreed a sale price which was at the high end of the three estate agents we spoke to. The photos looked great, including some drone shots.The house sold within a week at £10K over asking price. The whole process went on for about six months, but they were there throughout and always on the case. We had trouble with our purchase falling through and the sale wavered, but Ocean didn't put a foot wrong.

All staff at Ocean have been professional,efficient and supportive also sympathetic and pro-active when problems occurred with our chain of buyers. Tommy Williams,has a lovely understanding manner and from the start made us feel he was working for us and on our side. He worked hard on the original details,listing,negotiating,viewings etc with Melissa Bell making endless phone calls, chasing and liaising with the solicitors and agents involved with the chain which was no mean feat due to complications and protracted inquiries, finally bringing everything to a successful conclusion. Many thanks to all involved including Helen Walker and the team for their part in the paperwork and conveyancing as all the work they undertook was dealt with quickly and efficiently.

In the process of buying and selling a property using ocean property solicitors. The communication has been beyond poor emails and calls not responded to. Although our sellers mortgage offer runs out in a matter days there is no sense of urgency bare in mind this process has being going on for over 6 months and I am currently having to chase information myself as I was told that they would not be able to keep updating me. When I do phone to inform them that the ball is now in their court they just say well I can't deal with that today. Thank god for our estate agent who has managed to keep us better informed I would not wish this stress on anyone.

In respect of your sale, we understand that a further enquiry was raised on Friday 31/10 and was addressed promptly today 4/10. With regard to your purchase transaction, this transpired to be rather more complex with your conveyancer needing to have various defects in the title rectified to ensure that these will not be an issue for yourselves on resale. We do appreciate that transactions which are more complex often take more time which can lead to frustrations and we apologise if you feel that your files have not been considered urgent however, please be assured that on the contrary, your matters continue to remain a priority and are being treated as such. Ocean Estate Agents were professional, fair and consistent throughout our experience with them. We received out first offer within 2 weeks of it being marketed, and we were in a position to accept an offer within 3.5 weeks. Although we hit some bumps along the way, it was through no fault of Ocean. Katie, the Move Manager was exceptional. She provided a great level of communication, remained friendly and professional throughout and gave us peace of mind. We can't thank her enough for all she did to make the chain 'work' and get our property sold and get us into our new home. Thanks Ocean. Great experience and would recommend.
