Ocean Lettings, in particular the Bradley Stoke branch has managed our student H.M.O for the past couple of years. I have found the letting process to be seamless from recruitment of students to handover for the next academic year. Our property is managed very professionally by the staff at Bradley Stoke, in particular Sam and Abu Miah.Communications are punctual, and paperwork is thorough.Fully recommend Ocean for letting property

We had a great experience with Ocean Shirehampton for the sale of our property and purchase of our new house. We were helped along the way by Sam who was friendly, helpful and professional. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he made us feel like we could always go to him and he would do his very best to get us an answer or find out more information. Sam was there for the whole thing, he came and valued our property and was then the one who found us our new house. Sam made the whole experience less stressful than it could have been.

We have received a fantastic service from everyone at Ocean Estate Agents - particularly from Anna, who took the time to show us around the property and advised us on every step of the purchase process. Simon has also been excellent in helping us search and apply for our mortgage, and we would definitely use his services again when remortgaging in the future. Finally, Claire has been extremely helpful over emails and has promptly answered any queries that we had. Overall, we are very happy with Ocean Estate Agents and are pleased that we chose them for our very first property purchase!

We are very happy we that chose Ocean in Westbury on Trym to sell our house. The Sales team were knowledgeable about the area and made helpful suggestions to help us sell. Visits were securely conducted and we were supported throughout the process. Once an offer was made the Sales Team kept us informed of what was happening and communicated with the other Estate Agents and also the lawyers that were involved in the chain. Highly recommended.

Ocean were commissioned to sell my father’s flat under probate. Despite very difficult personal circumstances and the challenges presented by the various lockdowns, Ocean were excellent throughout the process. Having unfortunately lost a buyer at the last minute (not Ocean’s fault), the team in the Westbury-on-Trym office were extremely understanding and professional. They quickly found another buyer, gave solid and pragmatic advice, and provided sound guidance. Due to the circumstances the sale took a year to complete, however Ocean remained communicative and professional throughout. Ultimately they were a key interlocutor during the sale, driving exchange and completion in a difficult remote working environment. I would recommend. Thanks to Mel and Steve in the Westbury office in particular.

These guys are AMAZING!! I honestly can’t rate the whole team at Filton enough! We haven’t had the easiest sale due to issues with the chain and mortgage lending but Ocean have taken as much stress away as possible, they managed everything on our behalf and their perseverance is what made the sale go through. Lovely friendly team who communicate at every stage and special mention to Adam who looked after us at the beginning and then Kate our move manager who is a superhero! Thank you guys, so grateful for everything you have done for us!

We recently bought a property in Ashton, Bristol and Rhia Lloyd managed our purchase and Sale. She was absolutely brilliant! A couple of times things were very precarious and she worked extremely hard to make sure things were smoothed out despite the challenge that we received from two very poor solicitors further down the chain. She works incredibly hard and is brilliant at communicating calmly and effectively in high stress situations! Would definitely recommend Rhia and Ocean Southville.

Having lived in the same house for over 44 years, moving house seemed like a daunting prospect. We needed to downsize so we then decided to use Ocean estate agents. This proved to be a great decision as their friendly and knowledgeable staff could not have been more helpful. Communication throughout was excellent and we always kept informed of developments and any questions we had were answered with explanations where necessary. For convenience we also used Ocean property lawyers & once again we experienced an excellent and very professional service. We purchased our first property via Ocean Westbury-on-trym and although it was a long process (no fault of Ocean, just the chain ahead) we finally got there and received almost always pleasent service! The sales manager Melissa was very efficient; responsive, knowledgeable and super helpful. She was a great contact through out the process and remained courteous and contactable by ourselves and our mortgage broker. Would 100% recommend using Ocean when purchasing a property.

Outstanding service!We contacted Ocean to help with setting up a mortgage for our first home and Simon Lack provided us with outstanding mortgage advice. He helped us understand what mortgages were available to us prior to making an offer, and after acceptance set us up with our mortgage. He made the experience simple and easy to understand and most importantly got us what I believe to be the best mortgage deal available to us.I cannot recommend Simon enough and we will certainly be back in touch when we come to remortgage.
