Ocean Estate Agents Westbury on Trym made our experience of selling and buying with them a very easy. From the start of the process they have always communicated fully with us. Very professional at all times from the photos of the property to all the documentation. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, always there for our questions that needed answering. We had some tricky moments come the end but they were fantastic team. Especially Steve who was always at the end of the phone or email and Mel our Move manager who we cannot thank enough for all her help. She is amazing and a great asset to the team. Would highly recommend them to anyone who is think or buying or selling. Thank you all.

We used Ocean Financial Services to help us to find the best mortgage for us when buying our first home. In very uncertain times Luigi was amazing. When rates changed he was in contact immediately and by the time we exchanged had saved us approx £150 a month from our initial mortgage quote.

Elizabeth was great at communicating progression. I never met her but her emails were efficient and prompt. Viewings..A little more respect of the house would be appreciated, footprints etc. Admittedly the property was empty and needed an overhaul but it was an emotional attachment and home.Overall a good outcome, and would use again if needed.

End to end fantastic service. Ocean provided a broker service which were second to none. Whilst the purchase was stressful due to conveyancing difficulties, Luigi was a breath of fresh air and at no point did we receive anything but fantastic service, regular communication, and considering the financial difficulties through the pandemic for those self employed Luigi made the process simple taking on all the added pressures we had. My next purchase I would look towards having end to end provided by Ocean.

I have just let my flat out using Oceans Estate Agency on Gloucester Road. Kayla Sutherland was my contact and I have to say I was really pleased with the service I received. Which at all times was helpful and friendly. I needed a speedy let and they certainly delivered. The flat was advertised within hours of my confirmation, five viewings were completed within 48 hours and all paperwork and vetting was completed in 7 days. I was kept updated and all went very smoothly. I am very happy with the service I received and would recommend.

We used ocean estate agents and solicitors for the purchase of our flat in Bristol. We would not recommend them at all. We were assured that by using ocean solicitors communication would be easier but if anything it was a hindrance as they played each other off against themselves, with us in the middle. About 80% of documents we received had errors in, including our names (several times), purchase price, amounts owed etc. We never got an update without chasing and important documents weren’t shared with us unless we asked to see them.We were given incorrect information by the estate agents upon our initial viewing, which was then repeatedly confirmed by them despite legal documents stating otherwise. This had a big impact on the buying process from our side.Our experience was one of poor communication, constant mistakes and lack of professionalism.

House hunting in Bristol has been a difficult and daunting process, having looked for four months I’ve had days where I just wanted to give up! The letting team at Bishopston (Gerald and Kayleigh) felt like friends! They showed genuine and sincere guidance and hope. I felt comfortable calling five times a day with many questions and I was always received with a warm welcome over the phone. It wouldn’t have been easy without their help and I am super grateful.
