Mirela Fedor of Ocean has been managing the short hold tenancies of my apartment for several years and has my full confidence. She promptly notifies me of any issues that my tenants experience and resolves problems without delay. Mirela is always extremely professional and pleasant. Jon Bryant of Ocean is particularly helpful by producing detailed Annual Income and Expenditure Reports, saving me a great deal of time and effort.Keith McKie at Ocean’s Portishead branch has a great deal of experience of introducing and vetting tenants. He was very reassuring on my move to Ocean following several bad experiences through lack of communication with my previous letting company. It is a pleasure to work with Ocean and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We cannot fault Ocean at Shirehampton at all - Sam and Carleah were both absolutely brilliant from the moment we instructed them to sell mum's home. The sale was agreed within one week, everyone was patient whilst mum found a house to buy and once the chain was complete both Sam and Carleah worked hard in getting us to exchange and completion. Communication throughout was absolutely outstanding. Cannot recommend Ocean and in particular Sam and Carleah highly enough.

The entire staff at Ocean made the process of selling our home as stress free as possible. Steve came up with a very effective marketing plan, which resulted in a lot of interest in the property. Ellie, Abbie & Dallas did an amazing job setting up and delivering the viewings in a very tight timescale. The sales team provided updates and reassurance throughout the process and Melissa was critical as the coordinator between us, the buyers and our solicitors. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

Can't fault Stacey Gormley and her team (Sarah and Charley) from the Portishead Branch . They were effecient and kept us well informed throughout the process of buying a house. Since I started the house hunting, Ocean always stood out for their stunning flats, but also affordable prices. Renting is not easy, but for me this was the 3rd viewing and the first application I did. Viewing was on Saturday which is good for people who work long shifts during the week and the offer was accepted on Monday. The fast process helped us a lot. We were so happy to find the place of our dreams, good location and affordable and this is thanks to William Jenkins who helped us with everything during the process and who we owe half of this success.

Lily and team made my first home purchase easy and quick. They were very responsive and helpful when answering any questions I had as a first time buyer. With the online system you can easily keep track of where you are in the process. My house purchase was completed in about 2 months. I would not hesitate to use Ocean again in the future.
