GoogleDisaster. We rented a flat and we had problems from the beginning. Took for them to replaced a pair of chairs more than 3 months. Then, to repair simple things, the communications with them was extremely difficult and the only way was to go to the office. We left almost a year ago, we are STILL waiting for our deposit. They gave us problems for everything, even for things that we reported and they never repaired, now they are claiming the money for that. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM. YOU CAN FIND BETTER ESTATES AND MUCH CHEAPER.

GoogleRUN AWAY as far as you can from them. EVERYTHING is WRONG with this agency! They have ZERO customer service once you sign a contract! This business should not EXIST! Citing directors words Paul:" we don't care about you and your review , why did you choose us? there are so many agencies out there". They show you one property and then smth happens and that property is not available and then they push you smth does not rent because it is faulty. It was 6 months of nightmare THEY ARE THE WORST. They treat customers with DISTESPECT, after you sign the contract you are stuck, or loose money when canceling the contract like we had to, as no heat and hot water (boiler broke)in winter with a newborn was unacceptable for us!

GoogleAVOID AT ALL COSTS - UNSCRUPULOUS COMPANY! I rented through PM Estates and they have used every trick in the 'how to cheat decent people out of money book'. Before I moved in they made me agree to pay extra money or face homelessness and/or lose my Β£1000 deposit. I left the property in an immaculate state and they have come up with a ludicrous list of charges and are still withholding my deposit money. I also overpaid rent of over Β£1000 which is also being withheld. If you are a LANDLORD or a TENANT, I would urge you to go elsewhere or prepare to be horribly taken advantage of.

Google1 STAR IS 1 TOO MANY FOR THIS COMPANY- ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED by the professionalism of this company! Made a call to PM estates was speaking with Jack the phone cut out i then called back and explained how the phone cut out and was told to go away? UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

The Trusted AgentFantastic service
P M Estates manage a number of properties for me since 2014. As I live almost 7,000 miles and 8 time zones away I need an agent that I can trust to properly manage the properties in my best interests as well as take care of any issues the tenants may have from time to time. They have always found me amazing tenants and deal with any issues in a way that is both cost effective and efficient in order to minimise any disruption to the tenant. The staff are always friendly, helpful and above all extremely knowledgeable about the local market conditions.

GoogleDo not rent from them. They only pay attention to you when they are trying to get you as a tenant but after that youre on your own. No repairs as they ignore you almost to the point where you think they actively encourage it. On moving out they will try and shave your deposit as much as they can with petty subjective reasonings and without a shred of shame.

The Trusted AgentExcellent service and friendly staff
These guys mange over 40 properties for me and they have been extremely professional. They have dealt with all aspects of managing my properties to the highest level. I have used a larger organisation in the past, but transferred to PM Estates four years ago and since that transition the level of service has been impecable. Paul Miller runs a tight ship and all staff are trained to a very good standard and when I visit the office I feel welcome in a very nice relaxed atmosphere. Well done all
