GoogleBy far the worst managing agent I have ever dealt with. Obstructive and incompetent. Give out spectacularly bad advice, which ends up costing their clients excess time and money, and even implicates them legally. If you want to deal with an agent who knows what they are doing, I would steer well clear! I cannot emphasise enough how appalling a managing agent PM Estates are.
