Been round the block in Birmingham, and this agency is definitely the best of the bunch. We’ve had a few minor issues over the year ,like commissions % and rental pricing, unable to complete a sale etc, however all these issues are nature of the beast. At the end if it all, they make me feel like a valued customer and i will continue to be a client if i feel valued and heard. Most people i’ve dealt with seem to be helpful and responsive. Like i said, minor issues which needed my intervention were resolved to my satisfaction.

GoogleThey arranged for me to go and view a property, and I received a confirmation email from them to come and see the property on agreed date and time. I traveled from another city and when I arrived there was no agent, I called and they said the agent will come shortly (obviously they forgot about me), I waited for 30 min before the agent arrived. I agreed to rent the flat and the agent asked me to call the office. I called the office after I finished the viewing immediately, just for them to say it’s already off the market. It’s clear that the flat already been rented for someone else and they forgot to let me know. I emailed them asking for explanation, they just ignored my email.

GoogleIf you are looking to rent, AVOID AT ALL COST. We wanted to rent one of their properties. They took our deposit and said that's the normal process and did not allow any questions and told us to wait for an acceptance from the landlord. Subsequently they sent a contract to us without any communication. Told us to sign the contract. Called to ask them details, no questions allowed or discussion, very rude, either take the property with their terms or they would take our deposit. After some discussion they returned our deposit. First experience of UK was with them which was sad... Cause other agents are much more normal.

GoogleWouldn't bother with them, we viewed a flat that we were happy with, but then on the contract tried to make us sign for a different flat after we paid the holding fee? We managed to notice and asked for a new viewing, which was then promptly refused, 'Only a video viewing was available'. Unfortunately at this point had nowhere else to go, rather than be homeless until finding somewhere else, had to go ahead and agree to move in. It turns out they'd also failed to mention there was no shower over the bathtub in the second bathroom! So even though we wanted a 2 bed 2 bath property, we are stuck with one shower. Feel absolutely awful, but hey ho, survive 12 months of being ripped off then can go elsewhere. Please do not trust anything they say, will mislead and lie to you at every turn and refuse to take responsibility.
