Rudest member of staff I have ever had the misfortune to speak to. If you are selling your property with them beware, as trying to arrange a viewing is not a pleasant experience. Arrogant and full of attitude. Declined in the end to make an appointment as I really didn't want to have to deal with a person like that again.

Unprofessional, rude and incompetent. Katie Wright thought she could pressurise and threaten us with changing the locks (which is illegal to do so anyway) on a rental property where the section 21 was not even served. After being confronted in emails that she was 'intelligent' enough to threaten us over she still denied it. Don't waste your time on this estate agent. Go with a better one and save yourselves the hassle. They also followed a procedure that is not legal in serving a section 21 at the beginning of the tenancy.

Very unprofessional. Do not waste your time with this agent. I put a holding fee down for a rental property. I stopped looking for another property. Passed referencing, had an email to say I can collect keys and pay remaining funds. Had a phone call same hour to say landlord circumstances have changed. My partner gets a call same hour from Karen booking a viewing for the same property!! When I asked for further details why my application was not successful, they said landlord was not happy with referencing. I spoke to my employer and agent who gave me the reference...only to find out they did not even have a ref request. This agency really do not care and will mess you about. Discrimination!!!!

Extremely Rude Staff!

Extremely Rude Staff! The ladies there talk to you as they are doing any favour. We checked twice before going through the application about 6 months contract and everyone ensured it is fine, as we were coming from London for viewing only, Went through our application gave holding deposit, only to call us next day they cant do any less then 12 months contract, she said she will call back after checking, but no call so i called up next day to check if any possibility the lady i spoke to stressed me out for rest of the day by just being so rude saying things like "Why do i have to tell you 1 thing 3 times!! " Who talks like that to customers, its your fault you committed to wrong terms, NOT MINE, 5 days no refund of deposit, sent email no answer, called up another rude lady answered Horrible experience for someone relocating to a new city with a baby and no family, no empathy, no care.
