GoogleCan't reach them in a face-to-face format, only phone bookings of appointments, while they just simply don't answer my calls. It takes a lot of time to figure out whether the landlord allows pets in the property, even though the first time they assured me that it's allowed. They have no idea about energy and water bills to pay (only assumptions and useless EPC rating). Moreover, it is too overpriced compared to other agencies, probably because a lot of money is spent on sitting in a posh building.
However, the agent that was showing the flat was a decent and easy-going man.
