I engaged with Savills and in particular, Sophie Adams, to let a property that had been left to me following the death of my parents. Having never rented a property before I needed an agent who would assist and advise me through the process. Sophie dealt with the property from start to finish and her expertise and knowledge of the market and process was invaluable and made the whole experience very easy and enjoyable. Sophie constantly kept me updated and even completed the tenancy whilst I was absent on holiday. Sophie remains in regular contact with me regarding the tenancy, which gives me peace of mind. It has been frustrating and stressful relocating from London to Birmingham. There is a lot of uncertainty, phone calls, emails and faff. Luckily, I came into contact with Sophie Adams, who showed me a couple of flats, and I’m now moving forward with one of them. She was extremely professional, competent, provided comfort and ease, and clearly goes above and beyond. She chased things up for me, and she comes across as a proactive problem-solver. This really put my mind at ease that someone was there, on it. I had spoken to other agencies and got nowhere with calls and endless emails. Not a problem with Sophie at all. She kept in touch and got things sorted for me.

Savills letting agency was the best among all other agencies. we have been searching for a house to rent for weeks and we came across sails and to our greatest surprise they had what we wanted. Harry Kwan was the key to all this becoming successful. From the first call, he was attentive and listened to our problems and specifications and directed us on how to solve them. He was not like other agencies that just state what they have with the processes, but he tried to understand our difficulties and how to go about it. He is the best agent out there and I will recommend to anyone trying to let or buy a property.

Unable to resolve any problems that I have had living at my current place. The has been numerous criminal activity in relation to it and I have advised some straightforward things to improve the area. I have sent numerous emails and attempted to call many times however they are unable to resolve anything (That is, if they even bothered). Lets just hope your Apartment complex isn't managed by them!
