We recently bought an apartment with Savills as the real estate agent. We dealt with Isaac Burner throughout the entire process, from the initial viewings to getting our keys. Isaac was incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. This was our first time purchasing a property and he made us feel at ease throughout the entire process. Charlie has been really helpful. She explained everything in fine detail, remained professional & friendly throughout the entire process. Charlie is now my main point of contact throughout my tenancy. I know I can count on her whenever I have a question or need help. I would definitely use Savills again in the future. After 7 months. I’ve had few issues with leaking water in bathroom, sink tap broken and door handles loose. Contacted Savills but issue was not solved and ignored. Charlie as my manager was replaced, not sure why. Original review was a 5, now a 3 with lack of support.PositiveProfessionalism

I would be honest on this one, on the beginning it had been all nice and smooth until I moved in, however 'Sam' didn't care about any of my pain points, however there is this new property manager Charley. She is absolutely great and made sure all my pain points were attended to. She came to the flat, identified all issues, manged the whole process of getting me to log the issues which Sam didn't bother to fix. I rated Savills *5star* irrespective of Sam's horrendous and lack of customer-centricity, but for the corrective empathy shown by Charley. Thank you Charley 😊

I was very happy with the services provided by Savills, particularly Anjanee. Anjanee replied to my emails promptly. After moving into the flat, Charlie was responsive regarding any questions related to the flat. Moving into a new city is not easy and they both ensured I got the flat I wanted and made the process extremely smooth and hassle free.
