Rice Chamberlains did a fantastic job for me and my wife on our sale. On the first visit they came well-prepared with information about comparable properties. They obviously had a lot of market knowledge. Their photographs and commentary were superb, such that we had 21 visits and 13 offers within 5 days the house being first advertised. They then guided us on the best way to proceed. Their service up to exchange of contracts was committed and proactive. We were able to achieve a sale price that was well above our expectations. I would strongly recommend them.

Huge thanks to Rice Chamberlains (Moseley) Rental team who helped our UK translocation way smoother than we could expect! We did expect problems in getting a decent rental due to our new resident status, but this myth was gone as we bumped into this company. Shanelle, Abi and Hannah were very professional and they knew all our difficulties from the begining, offering much support to help us navigate through. Rice Chamberlain were brilliant; i had dealings with a number of the staff and all were professional, prompt and welcoming. I have had less positive experiences in the past and it was so refreshing to have a team who looked after you throughout the process. The member of staff (Molly) who steered the sale itself was outstanding, going over and above in order to get the house sold before Christmas, chasing the buyers’ solicitor who was less bothered about how long it all took and communicating with the buyer over the weekend to ensure we were all on the same page. I would recommend them without reservation.

I used Rice Chamberlains in Moseley to sell my property recently. The entire team are fantastic - Ash, Sarah, Molly and Chad were very helpful throughout and they kept me up to date at all times, and it helps that they're a super friendly bunch as well. I would not hesitate to recommend Rice Chamberlains - from the original valuation all the way through the final completion process, the team were fantastic.
