This is the second time I have used Rice Chamberlain (Moseley branch) and both times they have been incredibly helpful, friendly and more than on the ball! I was selling a property which was going through just before Christmas and they helped so much with communication between all parties and solicitors. Molly is the main contact I had and she went above and beyond but every member of staff were brilliant. Couldn’t recommend enough!

I cannot praise Rice Chamberlains enough for how they helped us through a recent purchase. We got the keys to our new flat on December 21, 2020. YES THAT'S RIGHT...just days before Christmas, in the middle of a pandemic and handling most of the purchase remotely from the USA. I purchased my flat through Rice Chamberlain a few years ago and there was no question that I would use them again when I came to sell the flat. The whole team are extremely helpful and always go above and beyond. Molly in particular did a great job of selling the flat and then keeping in regular communication, chasing solicitors etc. Moving house is supposed to be stressful but in both my experiences of buying and selling Rice Chamberlain were extremely positive and the experience wasn't stressful at all!

We bought through Rice Chamberlains, and the whole experience from viewing to completion was really stress free. Molly, Ash, Chad and Sarah were great throughout - helping us find the perfect property (which took a while) but also keeping in touch in a non-intrusive way in between given our narrow search parameters. Molly in particular was great at helping us with solicitors who were slow at replying and really keeping the whole process moving along to a very quick timelines. Five years ago I worked with Ashley and Sarah as a buyer, looking for a property in Moseley, and have recently instructed them to the sale of this same property as I was moving away from the area, with Ashley, Molly and Sarah all supporting us. We were able to secure a price for the property that we was happy with, and RC were organised in their approach to marketing and arranging viewings to the property. Unfortunately we were part of a fairly long and at times, difficult chain, and I was grateful to the Rice Chamberlain team for the significant chasing and progressing of the sale that they had to undertake with solicitors and other parties. At times I was concerned that the chain would collapse, but they worked hard to keep it going and eventually we make it into our new home unscathed! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to our friends. Thanks to the team for an excellent service again.

I would highly recommend Rice Chamberlains as a selling agent. From the start Sarah was on hand to offer advice and answer our questions before we even put the property on the market. We moved our house sale to Rice Chamberlain after spending a number of months on the market with another agent and not getting any offers. RC did a superb job of marketing our house, going above and beyond our previous estate agent, and priced it at a more reasonable and realistic point. Within days we had a lot of interest and within weeks we had multiple offers, one of which we accepted. Sarah was absolutely brilliant throughout the sale process, keeping both sides talking when solicitors were being slow. We wouldn't have got the sale concluded so quickly without her! She was invaluable throughout the process and we really appreciated her advice. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of selling, particularly in the Kings Norton area as they have the edge over any competitor with their local knowledge to sell the area as well as the house.

We purchased a property through Rice Chamberlains and dealt mostly with Ashley Lowe. Ash and the team at RC were personable, patient and very effective at keeping in touch with both ourselves and our solicitors. Ash was particularly helpful in providing liaison between us and the seller when there were complications which delayed completion and he may well have been instrumental in ensuring the successful completion of the sale, when the formal comms through the solicitors had reached what seemed to be an impasse. I dealt with Ashley to sell my flat and I would recommend him and RC to everyone. There were about 6 months from us having the valuation to actually listing the property and Ash kept in touch throughout and even sent us properties to view when we thought the place we were buying might fall through. He kept me updated at every stage in the process and dealt with any issues (not caused by RC) quickly and effectively. He's also a pleasure to deal with and a credit to the company.
