I recently sold my apartment at The Hemisphere development in Edgbaston using Rice Chamberlains. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough, from the initial marketing of the property, through to arranging viewings with interested buyers and securing my sale, I found Ashley Lowe and Molly Smith to be excellent. The service was five star throughout, and unlike many other estate agents there was always someone available to deal with my enquiry in real time. The follow up with potential buyers was first rate leading to the eventual sale of my property. Just completed on the sale of an investment property. Ash, Sarah and the team helped me get a good price which the buyer was happy with too. Kept informed throughout and would recommend them. I had differing valuations from 3 agents, one being adamant that it should go to market for £20k less than the sale price. Great service from all of the staff at RCs Moseley branch, from the many, many, viewings with Sarah, multiple failed bidding attempts on my part through to (what i have been told) was one of the most tortuous exchanges possible (not RCs fault in any way) they have all been great. Ash has been superb in liaising with all parties as the exchange started falling off track and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
