Rice Chamberlains are really highly regarded and after working with them I can see why! I worked with Luke, Molly, Shakira and Ashley at the Moseley Office - but James at the Bournvillle office also made valuable input too. They all really care, are incredibly professional but nice and it makes a huge difference. After a bad experience with another estate agent I wasted months (you really need the experience and passion these guys have ) so if you're buying, selling or renting I really recommend them.

I recently sold my property using Rice Chamberlains Estate Agents, Moseley Branch. From start to finish the staff have been professional and have supported me during what can be a stressful process. Throughout the whole journey the entire team have been amazing and one member of staff in particular deserves a mention. Shakira Tasnia, was amazing! She was reassuring, proactive and helped to smooth any bumps in the journey. The service I received from the entire team was very efficient, they always returned calls the same day, chased up the buyers side and responded to any queries promptly. There was always someone I could get hold of in the office when I had queries or needed some help. I would highly recommend Rice Chamberlains, Moseley based on my experience.  Ashley, Shakira, Molly, Luke and Claire all provided a far superior service than I could have imagined, I would say they are the best in Birmingham!

Sarah and the team at Rice Chamberlain in Kings Norton were excellent from start to finish. Sarah was very friendly and professional, she provided a very fair and realistic valuation of our house, and gave us great pointers on how to make it ready for sale. There was no contract, deposit or obligation, which really put our mind at ease. Sarah took lovely photos that really showed the best of our house, and put it on the market within 48 hours. We very quickly had a block viewing arranged around our schedule, and were lucky to secure a sale from the first viewing. Throughout the rest of the process - the surveys, solicitors, and arranging exchange and completion, Sarah and team were always on hand to answer queries, chase up tasks, and mediate communication with our buyer. The whole process was as smooth and stress-free as moving house can be, and at a very competitive rate. We can't recommend Sarah and the team at Rice Chamberlain Kings Norton highly enough, thank you all so much!

Bournville team, you are incredible! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a very long journey selling our home, over a period of months/years in total. So many ups and downs, but the team could not have done more to keep us up to date and informed. Right from the start when James first viewed our property we knew we would go with Rice. They were always at the end of the phone and we always felt comfortable popping in to have a chat, always approachable. When we contacted other estate agencies when viewing etc we quickly realised how professional and efficient our team was in comparison. Amiee helped us find our dream home, after many many viewings on different properties! Sarah and the team helped us sell our last rental property. There were unexpected delays due to the buyer which were out of the agents hands, they kept communicating with us throughout and worked with the buyer to make sure the sale completed as quickly as possible. Even when Sarah was on annual leave, this communication continued, all the way through to completion. Really happy with the service and wouldn't hesitate to use again.

I can fully recommend he Moseley office of Rice Chamberlains, especially Ashley and Molly, who handled a recent property sale for me. When I first met Ashley I immediately felt that he was the best of the various agents I had spoken with, he was well prepared for our initial meeting, was very enthusiastic and explained how they would approach the sale. Once we went to market they handled all the viewings and bids very well and provided good advice on the merits of each bid we received. Having chosen the buyers we wanted to proceed with they handled the rest of the sale very well, particularly towards the end when we had some challenges to overcome further down the chain. All in all, they provided a great service and were always very pleasant to deal with both in person and over the telephone.

We sold our house with Rice Chamberlains and they were first class from start to finish. Ash came to take our pictures, he retook a few of the shots to make sure they were perfect. Shakira conducted our viewings, she was brilliant, a great communicator and real friendly.
