GoogleI just wanted to share our experience of renting from Rice Chamberlains. The property maintenance team have been very responsive to resolving any problems we have encountered at the property since we moved in. Both Maisy and Sam have both been a pleasure to deal with. Both are highly professional as well as friendly! And that makes all the difference.

GoogleTerrible service. COMPLAINT!!! Asked for a viewing and sent all documents as requested had to chase multiple times. As someone very keen to purchase property. Would love to see response to this as usally they are fast to respond to positive. Then said they will add me onto a list if any further veiwings complete waste of time. When asked it was that they are busy etc despite contacting them on first working day of the week after property listed. No fair chance to offer and excuses indirecly given such as "tough". If selling with them they will cut corners like this rather than give a fair chance to buyers who want to make an offer I would say please dont waste buyers time as people who are interested pushed aside due to the interests of the estate agents. Will never recommend as a seller i would want all parties interested who have done everything in their power and complied with rules should be given fair opportunity.
Dear Naz Khan thank you for raising your complaint and leaving your review. Whilst we understand your frustration and totally understand the upset I think it is important we clear up a few points in your review that aren’t true. We have not cut corners. To date we have had over 40 viewing requests. Due to Covid guidelines there is no cross over of people in the property. 40 x 15 minute viewing slots = over 10 hours of viewings! We currently have 16 offers on the property. So far from cutting corners my colleagues, as we have been for months, have been doing everything they can as safely as they can to ensure everyone is given a fair chance where at all possible. Unfortunately there are many that haven’t yet been able to view as the proof of funding didn’t arrive in time since we marketed the house on Saturday. Our vendor is fully aware as we are still discussing with them. There are many added to the list. We do not tend to accept offers from those that haven’t viewed as it causes issues down the line but all offers would be put forward to the vendor. Without disclosing other parties offers these offers are well in advance of the asking price. We do understand your frustration but we also won’t have slanderous comments made that are untrue about our business practices. GoogleAshley and the rest of the team at Rice Chamberlains were absolutely incredible. We purchased a house through them recently and, as first time buyers, we constantly felt that we had somebody fighting in our corner to help push things along when they got clogged up in a solicitor's office. We probably spoke to the entire team at some point during the purchase and everybody was friendly, professional and so so helpful. GoogleI chose Rice Chamberlains because when Sarah came to view the property, she showed a genuine interest, and the video she produced for the sales website was excellent. I was given a manual, which provided a very useful, step by step, guide for vendors. I was informed every time a purchaser was due to visit, to confirm that it was convenient. Towards the end of the sale, Molly negotiated the completion date, and several other matters, directly with the purchaser and helped me dispose of some large unwanted items. I would definitely use them again, and my nephew has already done so. He was also very satisfied with the service he received from AshleyPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe bought our home through Rice Chamberlain, Moseley. They were, by far, the best estate agency in the area. The buying process is and was stressful but RC made it significantly more pleasant for us. From the outset, they were honest and very professional. Communication was excellent, which is key. They clearly worked hard for their client (the seller) in attaining the best outcome, but at the same time I felt they were very reasonable and fair to us, the buyers; that’s a very difficult balance to achieve. Ashley, the manager, dealt with the sale and was brilliant throughout (trustworthy, responsive, kind, personable etc) - seriously, a top bloke. When the time comes to sell our house, we’ll definitely be going back to RC Moseley; don’t waste your time going anywhere else.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Customer Service is EXCELLENT. Selling a house can be difficult, so to have my expectations set, and met was more than I could ask for.
