Huge thanks to Rice Chamberlains (Moseley) Rental team who helped our UK translocation way smoother than we could expect! We did expect problems in getting a decent rental due to our new resident status, but this myth was gone as we bumped into this company. Shanelle, Abi and Hannah were very professional and they knew all our difficulties from the begining, offering much support to help us navigate through. We got a very nice apartment shortly, which was beyond satisfactation. Definitely recommend!

Rice Chamberlain were brilliant; i had dealings with a number of the staff and all were professional, prompt and welcoming. I have had less positive experiences in the past and it was so refreshing to have a team who looked after you throughout the process. The member of staff (Molly) who steered the sale itself was outstanding, going over and above in order to get the house sold before Christmas, chasing the buyers’ solicitor who was less bothered about how long it all took and communicating with the buyer over the weekend to ensure we were all on the same page. I would recommend them without reservation.

The entire team are fantastic - Ash, Sarah, Molly and Chad were very helpful throughout and they kept me up to date at all times, and it helps that they're a super friendly bunch as well. We were pleased with Rice Chamberlains’ service right from the start when they met with us to discuss the price of our home. Unlike a different estate agent who lowballed us, Rice suggested exactly the price that we had in our minds, and then found a buyer who exceeded that price. Next, James came by to take photos and a 360 virtual tour, all of which were excellent and greatly assisted with the quick sale of our home (an expediency we appreciated with a toddler in tow). Finally, even when the completion process took longer than any of us had hoped due to solicitor delays, Rice stayed patient and polite with our many phone calls and persistent in following up with the other side until we all completed. We are really pleased that we selected Rice Chamberlains.

Communication was excellent, both between us and our purchasers, from the first meeting to the very end the whole team looked after us and our sale.
