Rice Chamberlain staff are friendly, quick to respond and highly knowledgeable. They handled everything from start to finish, including supporting us around a purchase that fell through and then a complex chain with lots of difficulties - but they were always there on the end of a phone or email and dealt with everything promptly and professionally. A particular thank you to Ashley and Molly - absolute superstars!

I was buying a house that Rice Chamberlain, Bournville were selling. They were excellent from start to finish. They were very efficient with communication. James always replied promptly and kept me up to date with developments. The generous goody box on the day of completion was a lovely gesture and very useful! I would fully recommend this estate agent.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Excellent service on rental of our family home for 10-months while we're away travelling. Hannah, Abi and Ashley were very professional and even went the extra mile to do a '3D' walkthrough of our property. Took the stress out of the process and had a huge amount of interest and went above market value within 2-days of listing. Thanks Rich Chamberlains team!

It is not easy buying a house at a distance during these difficult covid days, and our purchase wasn't without problems. However, we would like to thank James very much for his understanding and professionalism. He took a personal interest in our situation for which we are grateful.

So thankful for the Rice Estates team in Bournville. Professional and efficient with loads of local expert knowledge and to top it all, a fab, friendly bunch as well. Our recent purchase seemed to be fraught with ups and downs, but their focus and approach was always to help get things sorted and offer ideas and ways forward. Definitely recommend and will be back when it is time to sell and move forward. Thank you team Bournville :-)

Everyone at the Moseley office were so helpful when I was looking for properties, nothing was too much trouble and Barry expertly managed to get me to see 9 properties in one day. No mean feat! Ashley and Sarah kept me informed throughout the process and were always cheerful, professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend them, a truly helpful team.

The team at Rice (particularly James) have been helpful, professional and reliable throughout. Our house move has been less than straightforward (no fault of theirs) but RC have made the process much more bearable and we’ve been grateful to have an estate agent we can trust. Would highly recommend and would definitely use them again.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Five stars! Hassan assisted me in finding a lovely house to rent in Bournville within a tight timeframe. I am immensely pleased with the outcome, as the entire process went smoother than expected, especially in the current climate with the property shortage. Prompt communication, great customer service & excellent local knowledge. Rice Chamberlains answer their phones and emails, unlike their adjacent neighbour. Simply put, they are on the ball. I am very pleased - a strong recommendation from me!

The staff at Rice Chamberlains truly understand the meaning of first class customer care and service. Our agent, Maisy, is always to hand and follows through our every need. A professional and kind individual, Maisy goes the extra mile - above and beyond the call of duty by showing genuine care and thought to our every possible need. Not something most agencies can say that they do. I am delighted to be serviced by the team at Rice Chamberlains and have Maisy as our main agent.

Huge thanks to Rice Chamberlains (Moseley) Rental team who helped our UK translocation way smoother than we could expect! We did expect problems in getting a decent rental due to our new resident status, but this myth was gone as we bumped into this company. Shanelle, Abi and Hannah were very professional and they knew all our difficulties from the begining, offering much support to help us navigate through. We got a very nice apartment shortly, which was beyond satisfactation. Definitely recommend!
