Leah Wyre has recently taken over as my tenancy manager and has been providing a fantastic service. Communication has been frequent, with regular progress updates and if I need to make any amendments Leah has been very proactive with them. Thanks for your help!! Once my tenancies are underway I’ve also been looked after by Ben Holdnall who has gone above and beyond helping me with maintenance and sorting niggling snags that my builder was shying away from, another member of the team who has been fantastic, amongst the others.

Katie was absolutely amazing at helping us find our dream student home! She showed us round the house and within an instant we all fell in love. After viewing many a disappointing house beforehand we were all in bad spirits, but Katie's enthusiasm was the uplifting boost we needed to help us keep going! She was extremely knowledgable and was able to easily answer all our questions, even giving us extra information that we hadn't even realised we'd need. As a student herself she knew exactly the kind of things we were after and did an amazing job of covering all aspects. Overall would definitely recommend! Thank you Katie!

Firstly I would like to thank Leah for the patience she had with me today, I requested some viewings with specific details, prices and requests and asked Leah to find me a suited property. Within 5 minutes she sent me a link for 15 properties which all matched my search. She patiently waited for me and my friends to choose the houses we wanted to view, Leah was very responsive and had the answer to any question. Eventually (again would like to Thankyou for the patience) I was able to book myself 4 viewings in for this week! You are a star Thankyou for your help and guidance. Considering this is my last year at University, Purple Frog has been one of the easiest viewing bookings I have come across. Purple Frog is a company I would definitely recommend!!!!

If i could give 0 stars, I would. Purple Frog have major communication issues. Back and forth emails for weeks as they’d leave my emails unresponded. When i did receive a response, it wasn’t helpful - particularly from Beckie. I will say Michael helped me out the most but, even then, it was not substantial enough for a company that specifically works with students and deals with our money, they do not care about us enough. They are also very misinformed and basically told me that I would be receiving my deposit back from them through their deposit return scheme then later changing this to I had to deal with the return of my deposit on my own and talk to the landlord, myself and it was none of their problem, essentially. I will warn all future students, as soon as you sign please make sure you ask them how and who is protecting your deposit as I was never told this information and it caused me a lot more problems than it should have. As someone who had signed with them, this was upsetting to hear and also news to me. I had come to them with an issue and they weren’t forthcoming or even willing to help me with it, despite it being their job (in my opinion). No problem with the property we had signed on to or anything like that but if you’d like an agency that actually helps you deal with problems that may arise, especially in times of need, please avoid Purple Frog.

I really appreciated how diligent purple frog was about providing us with many different options. Overall we did experience some issues due to communication. We ended up losing money because the amount that we had to pay for a deposit was not communicated clearly. We also didn’t receive much of an apology about these miscommunications. However, they had a estate agent called Charlie who made our viewing experience really enjoyable. She was great fun and clearly made every effort to tend to our many preferences and requirements. She was super friendly!
