GoogleLandlords, Students & Parents beware, service from this agent is below acceptable levels in all areas. Every encounter is an expensive and time consuming mistake. One star is applied as zero is not a minimum.

GoogleAlmost impossible to get the deposits transferred that students have paid to them. I have had to pay to protect a deposit that I have not received. A very difficult company to deal with administratively. (Christine landlord)

GoogleUnbelievable agency and completely useless! After reading a few of the other reviews it's clear that these people don't know what they are doing! Avoid like the plague and don't let them ruin your uni experience.

Hi Alistair We deal with thousands of student tenants every year. Sometimes we get things wrong and people leave reviews saying we have got things wrong. More often than not we get things right. We're always happy to discuss peoples' experiences with them and if we've done something wrong, we're happy to admit that. Looking at your tenancy, I assume that this review is based on the delay in getting your deposit back. I can see that on 16 November we received information that we had asked for before the end of your tenancy, which we had explained that we would need to return the deposit. The deposit statement was sent out on 27 November. This is longer than the 5 working days that we promise. Very sorry for the delay in getting this to you. If there is still anything outstanding with your deposit, please drop me an email at james.mason@purplefrogproperty.com and I will follow this up for you. Please note, as I'm not in the deposits department, I can't get involved in the details of a dispute. I can make sure you receive a timely reply. Kind regards James Mason

Googleas a student I would definitely recommend using purple frog even if you are just looking and seeing what’s around. Really great and helpful customer service from Janade who answered all of our queries. Was a welcoming surprise how attentive, reliable and forthcoming he was with arranging viewings and keeping in regular contact.
