This site is just ridiculous

This site is just ridiculous! They control what you post and even delete what they feel are not “real facts”. It’s at the point that I can’t even add someone that just added me and all I get is an “action blocked” notice without any real reason as to why. When you send a message about your concern, you don’t even get a response. Closing my account. They need to get it together.

Instagram notifies you when you say a bad comment but if someone says a bad comment to you or about your religions then that’s fine. So they will try to close your account but they won’t go after that person who said hateful stuff. They truly have something wrong with them.

I won’t promote on Instagram or Facebook anymore

I’ve been trying to promote posts and either you get an error message or it stays in review mode forever. If it is approved they put it into review again. Customer service is ZERO help. Promoting from Facebook isn’t the same and doesn’t give results. Also the reach numbers are deceptive. This has been going on for a month.

Instagram account deactivated

My instagram account got deactivated probably because of an algorithms mistake. It’s been a week that I keep making multiple tries to recovery it back via their support center and yet I have no response from instagram. I use it for business purposes and always by following and respecting their guidelines but their support system left me dissapointed. I hope that they will resolve it soon.

Instagram have blocked my business account for no reason. I was asked to type in a SMS confirmation code to confirm it's me. The code just didn't arrive to my phone number. It has now been three days and I am now losing money due to not being able to contact prospective clients. Total disgrace.
