I have been a loyal Instagram user for 3 years and it pains me to say this... I've been getting more and more frustrated with the app over time. The customer service has been terrible, the app crashes CONSTANTLY, and my posts never actually shows up. Instagram does not play the role of social media. Social media is meant to “connect” people together. Arguments, facts, news everything. Once it started to take political side which btw is always meant to be 2 sided not to mention democracy does not equal censorship. Controlling what people can or can’t post politically or social issue it’s just done for. Instagram = censorship just like in Saudi Arabia.

Pathetic, you can't find anything when searching, and if you do, you get a bunch of pictures that mean nothing, and clicking on the picture helps squat. If you want to share a picture with known friends, it is helpful, therefore the 2, but, I can also do that on FB. DO SOMETHING PLEASE, WE NEED SOMETHING LIKE THIS, BUT WE NEED TO BE ABLE TO FIND WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR!

Sent bandwagon jumping influencers to the Eras Tour when they could’ve run a public competition for regular fans who missed out on tickets in Australia. Ticketek should not have let companies and organisations have tickets except for charity raffles.

The application it's great, I'm user for a while and there is no doubt that helps to bussiness growth and promote themselfs with this platfrom.One problem - there is no way to contact with Instagram support and basically they don't have support at all! even not a email as twitter have.

Trying to start a business and use this platform as a way of advertising. However, everytime I follow someone who follows me, I go back on and the action becomes undone!This is frustrating it makes you look extremely rude and weird, not to mention the effect it will have on future business! Zero customer service. Don’t reply when you report issues. Don’t act on your reports even though you’ve been banned for FOUR MONTHS from liking, commenting, writing captions on posts and even editing your bio - with no explanation as to why. How are they getting away with this? Seriously gross customer service in this day and age when so many young and vulnerable people use the platform. Disgusting.

I am in the process of deleting my account on this platform. Because I cannot use Instagram for socializing with people when some comments are hidden in posts. Most pictures and videos are repetitive here. So, it feels like I am wasting my time and brain cells on this. Especially when customer support service is nonexistent. Also, censorship has gotten crazy.
