It’s got to the point now where I post but very rarely actually look at other people’s work on instagram due to the unbelievable amount of advertising. During some times of the day I consistently get an advert every 4th post. At other times of the day it can be every 6th post. It seems to me instagram is becoming exactly like Facebook....just a platform to bombard you with repetitive, irrelevant adverts. It’s no fun at all any more!!!

My account and the mail box associated with it were hacked, and the instructions they have on their help page don't correspond to the screen you see at all! There's also no way to contact them to reassign the account back to me! I just have to accept that a stranger is pretending to be me/has access to my messages and information after trying to contact them all day!!!

So they removed my review saying that this social media service is terrible due to the lack of customer service/tech support because they said that saying that about Instagram goes against their guidelines. Here I am again, Instagram sucks ever since they got rid of any sort of real tech support/Customer service. I know I’m not the only one who feels this way, and I really hope TrustPilot stops trying to cover for Instagram.

Meta have no clue what they are doing. Maybe Zuckerberg shouldn't have spent all his money on a glorified video game so he could pay for actual professionals. I already abandoned Facebook because the cancer keeps increasing and the usefulness keeps declining. It won't be long before I find an alternative to IG as well.

It used to be good, but now it is pushing too many ads that the photos you upload are practically non visible. I contacted Instagram and they said there is nothing they can do, which is pure BS. They are using our "Free" accounts to push ads for which they are paid. Not worth, no wonder so many people are dropping it. I am going to do it also and very soon.

2 years account banned without reason, didn't post or comment anything offensive, didn't spam. Just like that, they didn't even send me an email about it.Asked me for a phone verification, did that then completely disabled. No way to contact customer support, their contact form is completely useless, i didn't get a reply and can't submit another one.Meta ruined Instagram.
