My account was hacked a week ago and despite trying to contact Instagram many times with friends, followers reporting the account many times they have done nothing to help. Having spoken to many others this has been their experience too. There’s no customer support at all which I find shocking as the hackers are impersonating the peoples accounts they take over and are trying to de fraud people

Instagram on whole is rubbish I got hack and there is no real support available. They do not care as long as the page is open. It’s put me off social media because the people running it have no care, they allow people to get bullied say mean things but if it has some sort of impact on them from higher officials that’s when they care. Not worth your sanity.

I have had an account for approximately 3 weeks and have been accused of sharing my account with a service in order to receive more followers and have had my account blocked twice, preventing me from following people who have started following me. I'm already considering closing my account and not having anything more to do with it. If this hadn't have happened I would have been posting great content by now. Very disappointing and bad service.

Instagram deactivated my account for no apparent reason! I sent countless prove of ID but they keep rejecting it! I hope this is not a scam! I don't understand, I am reporting this to a higher level as nothing has been escalated after sending my ID!The guidelines are so unhelpful and I need assistance but nothing is available. I am constantly seeing sponsored scam adverts and I report them. However, the automated response always "This ad wasn't removed". Just like Facebook, Instagram are supporting scammers on the platform because they make money out of their ads.

Fact-checkers are the worst thing of this world, most of them are newspaper with like 3 viewers per year, wich are the founder, his dad and his mom. They like to censor competitors. Also, forget about free speech: if you say all men are rapers it's all good, but if you say something like "I don't like curvy girls" you get banned.

You might be saying "No Duh" after the title, but it's worse than that. If the ONLY way you can change some settings on your account is through the app, then they are forcing you to use it. What reason would they have to do that? To collect and sell your data. That's it. The ONLY reason the app is there. I download the app, change the settings, then promptly uninstall it.

Tried to create an account and was asked to verify with a picture and number. I followed the instructions went through the review my account passed I was able to use the account for all of 15 minutes before it got disabled again when adding followers. Now it's asking for verification again. I'll pass. Horrible horrible program with to much of a headache.

- Spams everywhere. Even if you report some posts you'll probably see the same post you reported again if you refresh your feed.- Messages fails frequently and sometimes the retry button doesn't even work. - Messages randomly disappears. My own messages disappears mysteriously without me asking for it.- Sometimes messages takes a few WEEKS to be delivered! Yes, exactly. It's a common thing to receive messages/pictures 2~24 weeks after being sent.

It’s got to the point now where I post but very rarely actually look at other people’s work on instagram due to the unbelievable amount of advertising. During some times of the day I consistently get an advert every 4th post. At other times of the day it can be every 6th post. It seems to me instagram is becoming exactly like Facebook....just a platform to bombard you with repetitive, irrelevant adverts. It’s no fun at all any more!!!
