Monopoly is inherently bad. Monopolies should be criminalized, and Zuckerberg has already earned himself a multi-year prison sentence.It causes addiction in both children and adults. Data control and manipulation, combined with personalized ads and video recommendations, have come to resemble mass control, mind control, even. Controversial and unwanted content is aggressively pushed, leading to severe polarization in society. People are pitted against one another, artificially dividing the world into two opposing camps.There are unskippable ads every two videos, served under the guise of entertainment. Armies of bots run rampant, completely unchecked by moderators. Customer support is virtually nonexistent.Overall, this corporation has become an empire of evil. We urgently need an alternative to this spawn of hell

My account was hacked a couple of days…

My account was hacked a couple of days ago, I received an email which is from their email address saying a request had been received asking to change my password. I confirmed it was not me. someone has now changed my user name slightly and the email address to their own. I’m assuming they have access to my photo’s etc now. I have spent hours trying to resolve this, chat bot help is totally useless. There is no other option to resolve this. If you value your data Do NOT USE!!!!

Meta Advertising Is a bit Shonky.

I did a Booster add on Instagram on the 14th June 2026, my budget was set at $12. Which was $4 a day for 3 days. Anyhow I stopped ad after 1 day at about $7.10. So my maximum fee should have been $12. Anyhow they charged my 3 times for the same exact campaign (obviously a flaw) . However contacting them about the dispute is a merry go round, repeated Automated reply templates that get sent to everyone obviously, equating to being ignored. I've done a few Booster ads before, so this equated to me paying $23.10. Won't use this service again until they fix this and have real communication, instead of digital deternts

I feel there is a hate crime and cyber-attack going on using Instagram.com / Popular / Nearerbeing. Google doesn't seem to follow the same laws that everyone else has too. Why is it ok for someone else to use a trademark, trade name, and city permit for NEARERBEING as a false account Instagram.com / Popular / Nearerbeing? At this point, with now 16 quantities of different image ads and no response, I take this as a hate crime and cyber attack upon my business name. This is not about religion or fair use because this person escalated their "different themed" image ads from 2, 10 to 16 as of 06/12/2026. They are all different subject matters. It seems Google doesn't care about a family’s safety, being attacked by someone on the Internet, misusing the Google Platform by allowing this behavior to continue since March 9, 2026. I want Google and Instagram to know; at night my husband and I sleep in fear and have protection next to us in case something unexpected happens due to this ongoing escalated situation. Why is this acceptable behavior? We own our trademark, tradename, and city permit. What would you call someone creating “16” image ads using a similar name Nearerbeing to your business name NEARERBEING??? Kind Regards.

Instagram is becoming increasingly annoying to use. The app is cluttered with ads and recommended content, while the things I actually want to see are harder to find. The algorithm can feel completely random, and getting help when something goes wrong is unnecessarily difficult. Facebook really needs to focus more on improving the user experience instead of constantly adding features nobody asked for.

I've had my Instagram account for years and today I went online messaged a gaming buddy we had a laugh I watched two reels exited the app few minutes later I logged in and my account was suspended my Facebook similar suspended I broke community guidelines for sending a friend a message as well as watching 2 reels and leaving the app given Facebook ads promotes adult content and nudity you report that cool few days nothing and then it's back to showing that ads like it's all handy dandy seriously same with Instagram they promote adult content but when you follow the rules your account gets suspended if you are a parent please be advise Facebook and Instagram is basically pushing adult content on everyone don't install or even bother with social media anymore avoid at all costs

Instagram Support told me to contact my stalker myself

The most disturbing part of my experience with Instagram Support is that a support representative told me to contact the person who is stalking me and ask him to delete the photographs of me himself. I find this completely inappropriate and unsafe. A victim of stalking should not be expected to contact their stalker to resolve a privacy and safety violation on Instagram.

Instagram is the most horrific and most toxic app on the planet. They allow racism, they allow sexually explicit content, they allow threats, they allow harassment. It is disgusting. If I was the parent of the creator I would honestly disown them. When reporting porn, the creators cover their breasts with tape so they don’t get taken down. They allow nude videos to be put up, and yet they can’t seem to fathom that I am not doing anything wrong, and still think that suspending my account is the right answer. Breaking news, Instagram, threatening is illegal. And amazingly, upon contacting the police, they can’t come up with a good excuse, and saying we can’t do anything about that. All they care about is when something remotely interesting happens in their life, such as a thief rather the actual groomers on Instagram. I have appealed multiple times to unlock my account. Apparently a passport is not a form of ID even though it says that in the list. It is so stupid. They are like little petulant children, not getting their own way, so they block me from following people on my main account. I’ve checked my settings and it says I can use all features. UH UH. FALSE. I CANNOT use every feature. I press let us know when it pops up with that thing saying you can’t do that, and multiple times they have been threatening to take my account down. Instagram is full of robots, AI and horrible people who own accounts. Meta could not give a flying sh8t about their users. They are probably robots themselves. I honestly think that they think that this is funny. They are too afraid that their reputation will be ruined.

This social network violates human rights. Yesterday I decided to download Instagram, registered, added a nickname and a profile photo, and the next day my account was suspended. They haven't disclosed the reason for the suspension, hiding behind statements like "You violated the Community Guidelines." This shouldn't go unpunished. I demand my account be restored through an admin, moderator, or someone else. The AI moderator on this social network needs to be completely redesigned; it makes mistakes quite often. Last year, they banned me for no reason either, and then I finally switched to TikTok. I have no respect for these kinds of social networks, with moderators like these who don't care about their users' problems.

I have a network, and through my network you meet new people. I have a very small company. I do photo editing on pictures, and then sometimes you see a beautiful picture and I just comment on the picture. It then gets removed because it's against the rules, whatever. On the other hand, I see endless nude pictures, endless violence, and endless really rude comments. I have a small business and I just like to print beautiful pictures with cars, planes, everything that is beautiful.

Full of nudity,toxicity. Instagram says their alogrithm filters nudity, but in reality, their algorithm takes this kind of content to the highest peak . Like their priorities to push these type of content is much higher than other type of content. Instagram even has their premium content option for influencers, so they sell their nudity in Instagram. Even I've seen p*rn that has tricked by editing so that algorithm can't catch that. People bully each other, abuse, and Instagram just push them up. That's worse.

Im disgusted with instagram. I lost all of my life's history because I was hacked. Ive lost my linked Instagram page just because it was linked to Facebook that supposedly had a violation which is bullshit. I cant access any of my accounts or get help through support & was just told, sorry we can't help through the chat. Ive been so upset as ive lost not only my income but all photos of some memorirs of those that have passed & I am unable to ever get these back again. This company is callous & uncaring & now i have cried, grieved & now im angry & want to go legal!

Disable our business account without any reason

Very disappointing experience with Instagram and Facebook support. Genuine accounts are being suspended repeatedly without proper explanation, while connected accounts also get disabled automatically. The appeal system feels broken and there is almost no real human support available. Meta relies too heavily on AI moderation, which is creating false suspensions and endless verification loops for users worldwide. Even paying customers using Meta ads and promotions are not receiving fair treatment or proper customer care. This situation is damaging trust in the platform and causing unnecessary stress for genuine users and businesses globally.

Invasion of privacy asking for selfies to keep account

I had my account many 2-3 months now. Out of no where I was asked if I was a human and sent me a code so I did that. Then it wanted my phone number (which they have all this from when I opened the account) so I put my number in there and did this twice no code was sent to verify. So I chatted with a meta Khloe and she wanted me to create a selfie of myself to prove I am who I say I am. WHAT ? I asked for proof that people need to do this to have an account through instagram and she never provided any proof you needed this. When our conversation ended I tried to get a copy of it but password was changed and couldn’t get the conversation. This is a clear invasion of my privacy and will see if anyone else experienced this harassment from instagram. Thank you

Using instagram for 7 years posting gaming videos for no reason instagram have a wonderful policy to remove all the victims accounts who actually doesn't hurt your guidelines why instagram why ... I did nothing why did you delete all of my accounts for fake followers i only have 100 followers and why did you remove my girlfriend account? -5 stars. they deleted all my junior high pics and highschool pics, when I logged on, none of them were there. childhood gone! I have almost NO pictures left of me when I was young because deviantart also deleted everything. save your time, get them printed and text your friends. I even looked under deleted content under accounts and it said I'm not affected right now. I've always been anti social media, but this is just wrong dude. didn't even expect this. I thought they were incentivised to keep me scrolling and on their platform? I guess when you're not making them money they feel ok to do anything to you and continue to persue money and growth over people. this was the last straw. I bet if I go on my other 1 or two socials I still have too they will be gone as well. none of these companies were worth the hype then, and they're especially not worth the hype now.
