Got hacked all my personal info gone reported this so many times to say it was me. Ignored all the time have all the proof. Yet they jump at anyone in a negative comment section like lightning and are blind to the truth. Instagram have the worst security and don't care about scammers or how peoples lives get stolen!

Zero customer support for business. Disrespectful! Can't see my followers after checking who's following me and not. It says "plese wait a few minutes before trying again" when I click on my followers, bad algorithm (hashtags don't do anything). I don't think Facebook or Instagram doesn't have any respct for their users. I'm done investing time and money in IG.

I would rate it higher but the whole Instagram experience has changed and honestly since they decided to support the famous and not the small guys by bringing in algorithms... you have destroyed any chance in the little guys building a fan base. I probably won't be using it for much longer. So much paid promotions and shutouts ruining it all and making Instagram completely non generic.

I really don't understand their system. Although someone uses an account using your email address, Instagram has no solution for it. Most websites provide an email verification function, but I can't believe this big company doesn't do it. 9 out of 10 of my gmail accounts are stolen on Instagram, but there is no way to take it back.

It's a load of crap. The app is constantly lagging, the video in the carousel gets stuck and instead of opening the next one, it plays the same one. In general, it is one big left-liberal dump with inadequate censorship.

I’d love to know the thought behind having people CHOOSE who they follow, then showing “related” suggested page’s posts on my home page?? Just leave that on the for you page I don’t want it to bleed onto my home page. What’s the point in me following who I want, only to see random suggested posts clog up the home feed🤷🏼♀️

No support, no help and cannot access account. Tells me to change my password then says no can't change it that quickly then leads me to a help page not relevant to the problem. Useless people their staff need to have the balls to speak to people rather than make fake help pages that don't actually help anyone.

The algorithms are set to shut out the voices of anyone who believes in conservative values. This is an attack on free speech and opinion.
