It's better than other social media apps, but the posting settings/convenience and deletion on exiting the setup in the app. Makes the whole experience frustrating and inconvenient. Which ironically is what the app is all about. 2/10 on frustrating and badly set posting options.

Suddenly i could no longer tag my shop products on my business page. I’ve been trying to contact Instagram support for the last 5 months through Meta, FB & Insta and yet to have one response from any message through any support/ help portal. Please respond to me as this is terrible for my business!

Spam accounts, fake followers, repetitive posts... and absolutely no customer service or contacts. Why block an account if they simply decide to unfollow people? Why automatically assume they've been hacked or provided their password to someone. I've had an account for nearly a decade, I felt like a change and simply didn't want to follow some people anymore. Instagram desperately needs a fresh perspective and change.

Hardly any hours account they incapacitated my record since I report a phony record that claiming to be me that was my blog account with all the more then 11K adherents and now no reaction. I scorn this application this application distory my psychological harmony I think this application should be erased

I've been hacked so many times on Instagram that I lost count, I can't even come up with any new passwords, that's how much... And it's also ONLY Instagram and nothing else, so it's very likely not my fault. I think it's been over 15 times ._.

Absolutely horrendous service , constant freezing , try to scroll past a video , forget it . As for customer service, well they ignore all messages. When it works it's ok just pitifully slow but goes wrong far too often . If was a shop they'd go bust !!!!

I am not able to log into my brand account. Instagram states to enter 6 digit passcode sent to phone number ending in 9774. I didn't receive any of the codes and when I reached out to Instagram for assistant, I got NO response from this business. Instagram should be shut down. Not a legit business.

Generally it's ok. Some silly things like you can't hide a post once you've already seen it, and security keeps wanting to do a biometric analysis - for a few weeks this happened twice a week which was a PITA...Lots of sponsored posts, but it has to make a profit so I don't mind that too much.

Shadow-banned without explanation. I did not break any of Instragram terms of service, however they shadow-banned my private account as well as my business account, so that people who never followed it before cannot see it, and it doesn't pop up in searches.

Rubbish app!! My girlfriends account was hacked and there's absolutely so way of contacting anyone to help with the matter, I find it absolutely outrageous the app is even allowed to continue operating without a valid customer support network in place. The email support is defunct and the contact number available is international....DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!!!!!

I have been hacked and locked out of my account and instagrams customer support has been nothing but frustrating. I continue to contact them but they’re system just keeps telling me that the problem has been resolved. Screw that. I’m still locked out of my account because someone put their email in account and now they have me locked out. Incredibly disappointed with instagram support.
