TrustpilotAccount hacked - rubbish app - dagerous for kids
My account (which i hardly used) was hacked in Kyiv and then used to follow a selection of unknown users. Im deleting this rubbish app. It is not secure and also its destroying the metal health of kids world wide. RIP Molly Russel. Good riddance to you Instagram.

I created an insta account and entered the pre selected the incorrect date of birth (mistake 😔). I have tried 2 weeks ago to appeal. I recieved no response ...I have tried other ways of contacting instagram and unable to...this is so pathetic....what do I do? I need my account re-instated or atleast communicate it won't be again?

I love this app because it helps me get connected with my old friends who I don't get to see all the time. Definitely, love the personalize touch so I can connect with my family and still have privacy. I wish they had filters; better ones! I think it's great for marketing however I only recently started exploring that. Overall, decent app!

On my pc laptop I cant message or post pictures. I would like for it to be more accessible from everywhere including all laptops and computers. I love Instagram but it only works for me on a phone app. Please make it world wide and make it easily accessible for people who are without a phone.

Instagram I love to use instagram. The best social application i ever experienced. By following the pages it gives all the recent information about that pages or people. I got my childhool friends from this application. Good app to share out live moments of live. I can share my ideas here. Also live videos has been also watched or shared is easy.

They hacked my account and I haven't been able to recover it! Their facial recognition doesn't work and in the meantime people are getting scammed on my behalf! There's no customer service that can help either. The automatic process gets stuck in a loop going nowhere

I'm using it for almost 10 years. It was a good app back then. But now it's destroyed by ads, photoshopped models, big companies, stories and etc. It was a good and honest app to share your photos back then. Now it's just a platform for influencers to promote themselves and make money.

We tried instacart, ordering 4 items. Only half arrived, ironically, the 2 items we had added to the 2 original items which didn't arrive, that were our priority. Without them, we wouldn't have done the order. Of course all the extras, tip (understandably), service and delivery charges stay the same.
