Like most social media outlets Instagram and the 'fact checkers'sensor information that doesn't fit in with the given narrative. I have seen videos of court cases and footage of news reports labelled false! How can that be? Customer service non existent. How quickly Instagram (and facebook) forgot where they came from, millions of everyday people signing up to make them into what they are now. Now try and get in touch with customer service, it is no longer possible other than for the rich and famous. If I could do without, I absolutely would! Two thumbs down Instagram!

Insta isn’t some Politically correct wasteland like Twitter or tumblr- altho it’s getting more andm ore similar each day - for now it’s the only social media app I use for both business and personal (hit me up if you want any rare/antiquarian books @moth_hourbookshop: i specialise in supernatural/weird/eerie/lovecraftian etc.)

They make it impossible to get any help if you have any issue with your account. It’s a maze and when you finally find a contact form they just don’t get back to you. My account was hacked and being used to scam people and I’ve made several appeals to Instagram, with none of them being responded to.

Horrible app, they have removed two accounts for not following their Community Guidelines. Years posting content for nothing. I didn’t post anything against their guidelines, they just have the worst “content checkers” ever. Come on i just posted jokes, normal jokes not even black humour or anything which could cause any trouble, just simple jokes. Won’t use it ever again
