I can't put my finger on why or how stupid this company actually is

So all of a sudden. Your business accounts been hacked. Instagram can't see that its strange that your phone number, and email has now changed and that your now posting content, irrelevant to what you've done for the last 5 year. Cant prove its you with a facial video. And so thats it? By account? I see its the exact same thing others have wrote. What a waste of time. Should I open another account? For this to happen again. No.

Horrible experience over the past years…

Horrible experience over the past years with this s**t app. They ban you for nothing…and they don’t help you when some profiles are impersonating you!! It’s them that should be banned and removed from the app but no they are so dumb like this they do the opposite of what they should. Suddenly you see your account suspended with them all your s**t is gone…For what?? Absolutely nothing. They’re Terms&Policy are s**t.I hate how this app is managed. Plus they allow stupid people to hide behind Private Accounts. This is not fair. We want to be able to view every Account without any barriers then this app would be banging…but they care about peoples privacy too much right? BS. So in reality I give 0 starts to Instagram for disabling my Account now for nothing and for giving power to losers who shouldn’t be hiding at all!! We deserve to see these people that we know that have locked their Accounts even if we dont know them. Then we will know what they really are and take some precautions. Please take action towards this A$AP!! Private Accounts should not exist on this app anymore. It is good for no one.

Dont use their 2 factor authentication its borken

so my phone got reset so lost the authentication app which even when reinstalled isn't connected to Instagram anymore. So I have the password, the same email, the same phone number, but because I lose the authentication app my account is locked and they rejected my video face ID! Its literally me in the videos. "meta" is such a joke company, they were good in the 2000s but they are becoming the myspace or friend finders of the 2020s....

HORRIBLE customer service.

Can’t download receipts for business account, been contacting the help centre for over a month and the way simply refuse to help. Laura in particular there has been awful to deal with. If I was as bad at my job as she is at hers I’d be unemployed tomorrow.Happy to take your money, then zero customer service to follow it up.

I’m contacting the support since 7/12 to get my invoices for an ad I have done and the only reply I get is to wait! I have a business! I need to update my business accounts with these expenses! This is ridiculous! All I am asking is for sending me the invoices via email as they are not available for download on their app/website!

Instagram support is ZERO.

The experience so far has been horrible. First, they block my account for no reason at all. Then, they provide absolutely no support whatsoever. How are you supposed to solve problems of Instagram at all? The app say they would send a "confirmation code" to your e-mail address. They NEVER send such code at all! Even worst is the fact that, when you request a new code, from the app itself, the app gives you yet another error message. It is nonsense.

Made my first account, a few days later 'Shadowbanned' for no reason. Help requests ignored, no error message received...Intagram is a massive business providing a service, that service is not fit for purpose in my opinion. Will probably just delete it.

Worst customer service ever!I got blocked because I was searching for a profile in someone else followers.(It shouldn't be allowed if that is a bad thing.)I tried to to get in touch with the customer service of instagram and Facebook but I have not received any response from any of them.How can be the world biggest social network so antisocial?They are basically forced me off from their platform. Excellent for posting nice images of yourself, interesting events, and friend and family pictures etc however the site does tend to be occasionally addictive and is often full of inappropriate sexual content, it would be good if Instagram could get rid of any genuinely violent or more often overly pornographic content whilst respecting those who wish to post opinions provided they aren't genuinely violently calling out against people.

They decided my account was under review...all I look at is bear Nd dog stuff. I have friends who violate all the time and nothing happens ever except posts getting deleted. After 2.5 days of being told that it's under review, they delete my account and it can't be signed into anymore. What the heck? No reason no notification what a bunch of absolute jerks or nazis or something. I hope they get theirs.

The main course had a thin tasteless sauce that was supposed to be sweet chilli and it had a black hair in it so I couldn't eat it anyway, the prawn crackers were stale and were so greasy I could taste them all night. The (crispy)!!! duck rolls were so soggy they were inedible. when we phoned to complain we were told to take it back, they couldn't refund they would give us another meal, err I don't think so. Also if we could take it back we wouldn't have paid for delivery in the first instance. SAVE YOUR MONEY GO ELSEWHERE

Instagram hacking problems

So, some time ago my instagram was hacked, over 4 years ago, maybe a month into me opening an account. It was some bot type with eastern European Cyrillic connections sending messages to people in that part of the world. I changed my password and got it back but then Instagram locked me out and support is non-existent. In March this year I somehow was able to log in and changed the password again so that I can access account. Guess what, I can not get into my account again. Login tells me my password is wrong and when I try to reset password it says no user and when I try to sign up with the email it says email taken. So, do I have an account or not, it can not be both. The good thing is: I have logged in into my account maybe 5 times all together in 4 years and this is a good thing as it limits my access to it. The bad thing is: how can someone call this a serious application and security is last on their list? After what happened I am not sure I would trust the app with my details ever again. If someone can hack my profile which was empty after a month or so, how can anyone trust the app? And from the reviews here, this is still going on so they have not even fixed it. Nice job.

Suddently my Instagram is deactivated

Suddently my Instagram world_of_shahs is deactivated, very strange! I had put my own video of waterfall where i was speaking and got a red error message that i didnt have the right for it and the videos was blocked in 72 countries.Later i was on my Instagram and unfollowed about 50 accounts, suddently my account got blocked and i cant access it. Today after waiting for 24 hours i can access my business account which was linked to my private account but cant find or login to the private account.

As a songwriter

As a songwriter, Instagram tries its very best to tell you that you are not the songwriter and owner of the music that you post on your Instagram account. No. Instead, they decide amongst themselves to remove your music content, claiming that me (the songwriter) does not own the rights to the music (my music) that I'm posting on my feed.This has happened three times over the past three days and I'm getting sick and tired of pressing the 'Appeal' button on their notification. If they did a little research, they will see that my Instagram account and the name on the performing rights society against the songs are one of the same person - ME!It's as if Instagram want to get rid of the songwriters and musicians by preventing them from promoting their own very music and compositions onto the platform.

Were do you start with this social media platform governed by BOTS (AI) the bots make all the decisions, they monitor your usage and uploads, making some of the most pathetic ludicrous decisions. Lets hope AI doesn't take off and start making decisions about real life and happenings...
