Support are really useless. I traveled to Yerevan and now I still see irrelevant ads from Yerevan. Mostly this is drugs ads (I don't even google about it). And when I send reports, support "can't find offensive or prohibited materials. Idk how this ads exist cause it's not even a weed, this is picture with real heavy drugs with the name of the drugs.

I’m totally disappointed about the way how this platform it goes, apparently they leave all the scams and frauds to be reported by the users, so we should get payed doing them jobs, they are not good enough to have a safe platform, they let everyone having a user without any fileters or at least one verify photo (selfie), I just think the most important thing for them is to have more and more users creating a very unsafe platform, weird cause I use to like this platform , now it’s jus a disappointing and continue decline platform

Instagram (like other Meta projects) has become a trash bin for all sort of crazy and sick people where they have a chance to insult, harrass and mob other people. Regardless how man times you report the abusers and their comments, nothing is happening, Meta just allows this cringe to blossom. Hope to see the end of it soon

I used an email, thinking this would be easy, but they told me to use a mobile number, which I don't have (if I had one it wouldn't work, I live in a forest, a few miles away from any towns, and other people near me can't use mobile numbers). Lots of social media do that tho so it's not just insta, I just used a fake mobile number.After I gave them that number, they told me to upload a picture of me holding a piece of paper with a verification number. Idc if they delete it, I'm not giving Instagram a picture of my ****ing face.I saw other people posting reviews here said the same thing too**** instagram*angy instagram hater noises*

Don't put anything you actually care about on Instagram. I had an entire page devoted to pets that have passed on, and can no longer access my memories because the lovely folks over at Instagram made the executive decision that my memories were actually trash.

My wife’s account was hacked so she sent them a video selfie to confirm her identity. Somehow they failed to confirm her identity and are continuing to let the thief use her account. Don’t trust this shady company, they completely fail to protect their users and instead protect the scum that steal accounts.

I use this platform as my business and i was recently HACKED and there is no help! or any one to speak to at all! for such a large company this is appauling. as i was hacked the hacker changed my number, email and password on the account so there is no way for me to the authentication at all! so i am stuck. please can someone help me

This app is nothing more than a ridiculous F* joke. The fact of banning 110% legitimate accounts when they have plenty of scammers (in all fields) and bots is the BIGGEST RED FLAG for me to lose trust in a platform. They HAVE SO MANY FAKE ACCOUNTS, and they find a way to ban a random account from putting quality content. This app only promotes s*itty content for dummies and nourishes hate. Welcome to the Era of morons. This app is trash.

i followed some instagrams who i like their stories, added in favourite...so i wont miss their stories/live.However, Instagram changed their program again, they never show their stories to me! just random show some ppl i never know!i will give 0 stars if they have this options here. SO, why instagram created Favourite? why should i follow somebody if i cannot see their latest post/stories? i can browse some random creator in search part...i do not care the advertisement, but i do care the creator i followed. rubbish app, will quit soon.

You should avoid to this platform, they steal data and blocking account without a reason, their system detected me like a bot then i send selfie with paper i did what i wanted and they accepted my personal data, saved on their server and after told me that my account is blocked and never will be unblocked, bye, they just took for me my photo and etc for nothing..

Customer service is non existent. I lost my account 7 months ago because they told me to change my password so I did, then it says confirm your phone number and a code will come, but a code NEVER comes. I tried everything. Deleting the app, restarting my phone, trying on different phones and computers, submitting forms and proving my identity, and it never worked and I lost my account forever. I made a new one and NOW ITS HAPPENING AGAIN. The same thing. I am livid. INSTAGRAM GET A SUPPORT CHANNEL OR CHAT OR SOMETHING. You have infinite money.

I have a Facebook account. Today I signed up for insta. Trying to link accounts fails (try again later). So tried to just create an account instead. As soon as completed account is suspended. Had to verify email, phone and upload a selfie holding name and number given in webpage.Submitted and now it says it will take a day to review. Horrible and negative experience for a service I don't even want (except for some submitting to a competition). Guess I'll not contribute.

Horrible app. They decided to delete one of my accounts that has NEVER been reported and found "guilty" for anything (my account status section was in good standing) and demanded a SELFIE that they proceeded to not let me upload. Just so we're clear, I had another account that was NEVER deleted despite multiple posts being reported. So they might randomly decide to delete your account. Instagram isn't what it used to be, I say we all stop using it completely until they shape up.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
