Instagram isn't protecting its teen users it's just letting parents or older brothers and sisters to set their limits for the younger siblings. An it only tries to prevent people from messaging them but allows them to post anything they like, like half naked and porn suggested video clips Why don't social media sites take responsibility????

I have been trying for two months to get my sign-in procedure changed. I have spoken with ebay numpties in Mexico, and all over the US. They always promise to rectify the issue so that I can use the site. I was spending a couple hundred quid a month, now I`m using Amazon. I don`t like buying as a guest. Clearly, ebay doesn`t give a poop!

Instagram has no such thing as customer service. I have been logged out of my account because it says my account has been compromised because I shared my password with another service to gain more likes and followers. This is a absurd statement and not true. I have never shared my password. This is ridiculous. I would love for them to prove this. I have only started to unfollow accounts that I no longer want to follow and now I am being punished for this. I have also blocked and reported several spam accounts (there are so many of them) I literally unfollowed around 100 per day and now my acount has been temporarily blocked.Now they want me to change my password but I can’t change my password because I can’t remember my old password. Now I am stuck. I am in the middle of the ocean working on a cruise ship so I can’t phone the support line to get help. I have tried to contact instagram and fb via the self help service but I don’t get any response. I have have had my instagram account since 2013 and have over 2000 followers and I feel like they can take their platform and shuf it up their …..

Instagram sucks. I lost my phone with the Authenticator and I can not login to my Account anymore. I can not receive a 2FA Code via SMS either. There is no option to contact Instagram Support Team either by email or phone. This is very frustrating.

Instagram has the worst customer service in the world. After 12 months, 100's of emails, messages and calls, my account with over 20000 followers is being manipulated and restricted by Instagram to force me to pay for boosts on my posts. My reach is lower now than when I had only 5000 followers. They have restricted reach, likes and views to only 10% of my followers, this to make me pay for boosts. Don't bother building a community on Instagram. They build you up first, then restrict your reach and destroy your community. I spent 100's of pounds on boosting posts, that never reached the estimated targets, not even the lower end. After reporting via chat, email and many calls with meta agents, my account is still restricted. However, every time I do a post I receive messages saying boost this post. I believe this to be mass marketing and business manipulation by Instagram and meta.

When I upload a story it isn’t showed to my followers it shows it to bots these bots always seem to be accounts that are clearly pornagraphic and who do not follow me or I do not follow, when I have reported these pages I have been told that it does not violate the community standards yet if I put a picture on and god forbid it showed a little bit of cleavage I get banned instantly. My post do not get seen unless I pay when I am trying to run a business yet some celebrity who I do not follow appears on my page

While cyberbullying and fake accounts seem to persist without consequences, I have been subjected to a permanent shadow ban due to mass reporting by an individual with malicious intent. worst customer service i have ever seen,disabled my account for no reason (probably cuz vpn)and after i submit my selfie, they said they can't give it back, i just created that account and haven't done anything, same thing happened to my Twitter account but they gave me back my account saying that was their fault,but thanks to INSTAGRAM's AMAZING PROTECTION SYSTEM they didn't give my account back,um soo disappointed, this all happens after meta bought insta. now i even cant resubmit a form,there is no way to interact with a real human, i mean, come on insta..INSTAGRAM IS NOW DEAD!

Biggest load of rubbish! Got a new phone, logged me out, couldn’t remember what it was, changed my password, then kept asking me for codes I don’t have. Actually a joke? It’s an app for pictures, not high security with bank details. Tried all day to sort it and still can’t get on even with a new password.

I know my Password, but they still want a safety code from my Mail, that i wont get the password until I'm out of holiday. If you try to solve an issue like that, you will just spent hours on the support page of instagram, without finding a solution and if you think:" okay just write them a mail", you will soon find out they dont even got a real costomer support anymore. Garbadge app and company.

You cannot recover your account if you get hacked by a leak of instagram data, the app stays loading forever when you are trying to do facial recognition to identify your account as yours, and because this doesn't work you tried to contact support by email and no answer.

I have never had any response from my BAD experience on Instagram - no one returned my emails, nothing, just a shadow ban.As I look through the reviews, the only ones with green stars are obviously written by scammers, who encourage people to continue using Instagram so they can then scam them too I thought companies were taking a stance against obvious biased reviews - not Instagram, they need the fake reviews.

Said I can appeal via an email link and now says ‘we’re reviewing your info - this usually takes a day’ for a few weeks now. No help desk or contact support in the slightest. F meta and Zuckerberg.

I have seen people literally die on Instagram, but they remove a comment about how I want everyone to live in peace and all humans are my brothers as spam.They keep removing totally normal comments as spam as well, oh and you can’t even call someone a poopy head without getting flagged but you can see soft core porn, and people getting shot and killed, ooh and rampant racism.

I find this app very useful. However, the workout videos do not come with an instructor guiding me through the exercises, pointing out proper form, or identifying the specific muscles being targeted. Moreover, the app lacks transition time between the exercises. Additionally, I find it frustrating that every time I log in, the app prompts me to make an in-app purchase, despite having already bought the program to access the app. Nevertheless, I plan to use the app for a month and assess how I feel about the actual workouts by the end of that period.

This app sucks. Instagram used to be my favorite of all the social media apps because of their hashtag system but goodness gracious. Instagram disabled my account for no reason. I did not go against the terms of use and community guidelines. It is wild how they allow all the mess on there but my page gets taken down for no reason and their appeal process is pointless. I hope Tiktok runs this company out of business!

Hi Instagram, my existing payment card on Insta stopped working all of a sudden, even though its been verified and have run ads for months. Now I get an error-message every time I try and add a new payment card for my business account, which is a huge problem. I have reached out to your customer support for weeks now, sent screenshots on several platforms and I have not heard a single word back. How are small businesses like mine supposed to contact you directly, when errors like this happens? It has a huge impact and needs to be corrected asap.My business depends on this payment to work. My Instagram account has been around for a while, and while to some it may have seemed common or even dull, it was all about my life.Last week, a notification stating that my account had been suspended due to a violation of community rules appeared when I tried to log on. Despite my confusion, I managed to jump through all the hoops necessary to regain access to my account. Another message followed, informing me that my account would not be reviewed and had been deleted. I even called Instagram's 800 number (simply an automated voice), but it says it can't help. I've attempted several times to request that it be examined again.I'm unable to contact a live person, so I have no idea why it was deactivated.

This is the most terrible social media platform I’ve ever used.I’ve had to remove all of my posts because of me posting back in 2019 I randomly got shadow banned because I apparently didn’t get enough followers in time to be worthy of being on the platform or because I’m not pretty enough to be on their platform. And it’s wrong.They don’t even have actual people to deal with the issues, unless you’re super rich, social media famous or a celebrity then they will have actual people who will be willing to fix your problems.For people who don’t have as many followers either get randomly shadow banned like I did, gets randomly banned, have people impersonate you and have no one to care or fix the problem, nobody answering their emails, reports etc.They push more ads then to fix problems, they seem to have more free time to post on their stories than to get back to people about their problems.They still allow scammers, random beggars, fake sugar daddies, fake business owners, fake millionaires/ billionaires and fake sugar mommy’s on their platform but when you report these issues you get automated response saying “do to the high volume of reports we can’t look into this” or the most popular automated response “such and such didn’t go against our guidelines”They are an actual joke and don’t even care, it’s like they like a bot of all things to run a social media platform and it’s disgusting.I hate it when social media platforms do this because not only you’re giving trust in your personal information and photos etc they just dish it out to everyone to eat.This platform in particular has to get a new owner to run this business and to have ACTUAL employees who will fix these problems.It’s not like these companies can’t afford to hire people because they’re plenty of people who are actually willing to work for them and to help others when they need it. But of course they don’t want to do that because they want all the money in their pockets only.They even make fake ads saying you can post whatever you want to express yourself but NO once you’ve made an account that’s it it’s immediately taken away from you and the only freedom is given to social media celebrities or celebrities.Same thing with twitter, TikTok they all are just as bad as each other they try and rinse you for your money, sell your data and personal information which should be illegal, they don’t care about normal users they treat them like garbage and they don’t have actual people working for them to deal with the problems because it’s a money grabbing business.So again I hope that they change their ways and have actual people fixing problems. Because it’s pointless why would you ask for people to come onto a platform if you’re just going to either shadow banned them, ignore their cry’s for help or even ban them because they don’t fit in with this weird s*xualising filtering/categorising thing they do to people now, especially TikTok.In the end non of them are going to change. I just hope one day someone who actually cares about people and will buy these social media platforms off these terrible owners and hire actual trustworthy people who will deal and fix problems and actually allow people to be expressive no matter what their content is. Because otherwise it’s 💩 and needs to have a new trustworthy owner and employees that don’t sell your data or personal information and includes everyone..

Full of extreme far-right racism, constant threatening and abusive messages sent to my inbox just because of my heritage, really worrying content just open for younger users.All my comments get immediately removed as spam regardless of what the content and context of the message is all the while I'm bombarded with white supremacist comments making threats to me and spewing homicidal/genocidal abuse get left alone even after reporting them.

Like Facebook its just a plague of American scamming fake businesses and "business coaches",99% of its content forced onto your feed like a tumour is backstreet cosmetic knocking shops from turkey for dental,hair implants,obesity surgery and laser eye treatments, along with American scammers that have to sell "how to make 100k a month or 6 figures" because they can't practice the method themselves and be rich? No because they are scammers!Its also full of dropship bedroom business scams and unprofessional tax dodgers selling garbage,The site is clearly not monitored as of 10000s of ive reported only 4 scams removed, and in thanks to calling out the tumour posts and accounts i got a warning! Not the scammers!!!!! But remember community standards are only in place to protect scammers especially the American ones! Not the public
