So, I am no longer allowed to make accounts. Because I was trying to warn CHILDREN AND ADULTS. That they were being scammed by a pedophile. This man texted my sister asking for her to be his slave. She's 15 AND HE KNOWS. Not only is he talking to children. He's telling people he's going to harm himself. Then he adds his cashapp in his bio. AND THEN, THE PHOTO'S HE'S POSTING AREN'T EVEN HIS. I know because many photos he post are from a dude I followed. Yet, my account gets banned many times and they said they won't take his account down because he's done nothing wrong. I JUST SAID HE WAS IMPERSONATING. they only help when you take the reviews 5 steps further. Like going to BBB.

Instagram makes you wade through advertisements and their BS recommendations of pseudo-celebrities to follow. Their is no way to prevent them from barraging you with their junk which delays you when you want to check your own postings and the postings of people that you actually do follow. That aspect of Instagram is awful!!

Another of my perfectly innocent replies pulled by Instagram (fifth in a few weeks) all perfectly innocent and respectful. This time I was sending best wishes to a friend who had a nasty accident some time ago and us now on the mend. Apparently my reply was to get likes etc etc etc blah blah blah. This is happening so regularly now. Time they sorted it out

Wow can't believe all the bad reviews about Instagram we all know that Meta owns this as well like Facebook. Watch what you say they will restrict you on there pathetic I been off and on Instagram for years now Customer service needs to have an email address where we all can email them or a phone number as well about the issues on there and here is another one scammers and hackers how hard is it to get them off of your network have a court serve them papers bring them into court and have a judge restrict the ones who is stealing No phones,No computers or laptops and No Internet if they go against it then by all means put them in jail Not a hard thing to do. It's on all of these social networks scammers and also hackers and men looking to find an older woman to to take her money No thanks time to change these social networks for the better for everyone. Meta you need to put your foot down now is the time to do this. And IC3 cyber crime unit needs to do there jobs and find these people and go to there house and arrest them quit sitting there not doing anything about it. It's an alert be careful on there too many scammers and hackers ok.

Only thing Instagram is good for is to look at asses all day and send messages fast but the app itself just full of catfish,scammers and stalkers. I lost a 1.5million followers page several years back and nobody could do anything about it. Be careful with fraudulent links and the info you post on the app.

This is in my view an excellent website. As its useage is very large it relies on A.I. a great deal which is both understandable and largely acceptable. However artificial intelligence does not as yet understand the nuances of language and as a result deletes one’s posts in error. You can then appeal against A.I.,decision as I did when a perfectly innocuous comment I made was interpreted by the robot as bullying and harassment. Remarkably a staff member agreed and I was suspended for three days. It would appear since then my card has been marked because virtually anything I now post is not allowed and in fact I have now been suspended again for making the most innocent of comments.In consequence I have decided to stop posting which was something I enjoyed.How ironic it is then that I am fully in favour of these very safeguards that are suspending me. The fact that I’m thought of as a bully who harrasses people by Instagram staff has upset me.

Absolutely rubbish when it comes to customer service!!!! My account got hacked into 2 days ago and there is no email no phone number to contact Instagram. The auto options online is worthless I don’t even think I will get a response!!! I have no way of getting back into my account because this Hacker from Nigeria has changed some details of mine . He contacted me with the following email to start off with Contestingv6 @ gmail .com . I am very annoyed I have done a few things to pass security and it’s not working I have also done the face authentication and still no response. My insta name t_k_x8 please help insta . I am Very very angry!!!!

Is that legal one company exist but there is no technical support neither customer services?????My account of influencer has been hacked and the hacker contacted me asking for a fulfilling payment to get it back. This happened in your platform and you don’t care. after read thousands of articles found that i may upload face video to recover then it give errors when upload it and then instagram system screw up the codes they themselves send dos nos work no way to continue this is insane for this size of company to have the worst unhuman service in the world

On Instagram there is no limit how many Highlight Folders you can have but I do have !!! Since few months when I make a new folder the oldest one is deleting by itself. I am reporting this bug numerous times but nobody do anything about it so my memories are just disappearing. I am a loyal user since 2012 and my highlights folders now are limited to 95 folders and I can`t do new ones which is extremely annoying and sad. There are many users with more than 100 Highlights folders so this is precedent with my Instagram profile.I want to have limitless Highlight folders as every other Instagram user! It`s not fare!!!

A warning to you ALL!Being wrongly accused of trying to get info from other accounts, what does that even mean???!!? Now they closed my account without even given me a chance to save my pictures. Taken within the app didnt save them on my phone, the ones uploaded i still have, ofcourse, but to fit instagram the picture was better taken in the app and was therefor not in my gallery on my phone. I wouldn't recommend instagram for important things and be trusted to keep your account. I've sent multiple videos of me to them with my username and my realname + phonenumber, still they think i'm a criminal. Havent even uploaded or used my account for months before that! I'm just a tired mom trying to get the lifepuzzle together.So unfair!!

The site is apparently so secure, it won't even let its registered users on it. Seems like every time I try to sit down on Instagram for a minute, it tells me there's some "suspicious activity" going on with my account and that I have to reset my password AGAIN. Like... what? You don't want me to sit down and browse through posts? Isn't that what social media is supposed to be for? Aren't you a social medium??? I'm not even exaggerating, either. It happens E-V-E-R-Y T-I-M-E. It's ridiculous. Apparently it and facebook are both part of Meta, but facebook has no issue with my activity. I even log into both on the same browser. But somehow Instagram thinks me using the platform is "suspicious activity."

I am absolutely appalled by the complete lack of support and security on Instagram. My account was hacked, and the nightmare that followed is beyond belief. Despite countless attempts to report the issue, there seems to be no functioning customer service whatsoever. Reports filed have gone into a black hole, never to be addressed.As if having my personal information, cherished photos, and memories compromised wasn't distressing enough, the hacker behind this is now shamelessly impersonating me to scam my friends and family. It's disheartening to see a platform as popular as Instagram fail so miserably in ensuring the safety of its users.I implore anyone considering using Instagram to think twice. The lack of accountability and assistance in times of crisis is deeply concerning. Your personal life could easily be turned upside down, and there's no guarantee that the company will lift a finger to help. This experience has left me feeling violated, frustrated, and utterly disappointed in Instagram's handling of security breaches.

Meta have far too much control over our communication methods and seemingly no regulation. They cannot be allowed to continue relying on bots and terrible algorithms to monitor facebook and instagram, and then provide NO HUMAN SUPPORT when these bots go wrong. I have no idea what those activities are !I have lost a lot of money on this platform for buying online from unscrupulous sellers also known as scammers I can identify who they are and I only try to alert innocent people not to deal with them because they are ruthless scammers That’s what Instagram should be doing: to identify and stop scamming sellers from advertising on this platform But instead, Instagram take further action against the victims by suspending their accounts They invite the suspended account holder to comment on their decision; it’s a waste of time because the victim’s comments are not posted while the account is on suspension All Instagram cares about is cashing in with fees paid by crooked advertisers regardless of innocent people getting ripped off

I operate an Instagram account for a personal business and have for many years now. The account both represents a historic cemetery & tours conducted there. It's a simple page with simple, educational, entertaining, artistic posts. It isn't political and is without controversy, neither has it suffered from much in the way of "violations" less an unmerited complaint about 1 photo copyright which was admitted by the complainant to be an error judgement on their part and was amicably resolved. Otherwise, a faultless page for a benevolent & helpful product which acts as a resource for others. All that said, almost since my profiles inception, there has been cleat evidence that anytime a post is ad promoted or at times, I've put a great deal of creative work into a video that promotes an event, the platform will in my view, drag or stifle what otherwise should be, a popularly LIKED and Shared post. I'm not alone in this complaint against Instagram as they well know, but my complaints past that are two things - 1 - there's absolutely ZERO Customer Service accessibility or a willingness for someone at Instagram to deal with this directly and then - 2 - after falling for their pitch to pay $14.99 a month to get all of these "extra" benefits, and thus thinking, there'd be a greater Customer Service option or response - absolutely no difference in either that aspect or perhaps a "desludging" or better said, or more expeditiousness or clearing-the-path, for the mystery blockages of meritable posts and videos that are greatly needed and warranted, for the promotion of my business and or it's events.

Horrendous company, I’ve been hacked or suspended for over 2 and a half month now, instagram have done absolutely nothing to help me, or confirmed if I’m suspended, not 1 reply, not any help. There quick enough to take all our personal details, and to have a go at us if we don’t stick to there rules, but when we need there help NOTHING, ZERO I’ve reached out so many times now. The hacker can have my account. Even though this is my business and my family are on there instagram clearly do not have the staff or the funds to run the app they created. Maybe they shouldn’t sell it to Elon musk he can afford to staff the app properly!!
