After being charged too much for an ad, I searched for OVER AN HOUR to get in contact with instagram. Almost im-F-possible. (Btw, I'm sure they overcharged, because their own website tells you that you "never pay more than your set budget", and I doubled checked the budget etc). Then, when I've finally found it, I send my message and what do I get? An automatic generated e-mail with information I've seen 50 times already when looking to contact them. They act like it's from their "support team", but it's just automated bullsh*. I'm not sure I've ever experienced such bad customer service.

I couldn’t really find a way to contact Instagram directly so doing it here. I’ve noticed over the past few months that the number of hateful comments against posts is rising exponentially. The comments are really quite appalling and often completely unrelated to the post in question. I thought instagram was supposed to monitor this kind of thing. I see posts being just downright offensive, wishing people harm, spreading hate and making often personal and unacceptable comments that could really impact on someone’s mental wellbeing. I don’t use X or TikTok but I’m honestly sick of looking at posts and reading vile comments to a perfectly decent post. Im not sure when Instagram thought it was okay to allow users to behave so badly towards other users, and while I get everyone is entitled to an opinion, it’s way too easy to just blast off a despicable comment with no thought to the person on the receiving end. I hope someone from Instagram reads this and is taking note about what the hell is going on on their platform.

The worst it’s ever been. Literally no point to use it. Who ever created the algorithm needs the sack. Can’t even figure out an algorithm to show posts to their own followers. Make you jump through hoops. And follow all these pathetic rules to try even get any visibility at all ( with your own followers. Forget about reaching new people ). It’s becoming a waste of time. It’s ironic really. Because who ever created this god awful algorithm is only pushing users further and further to tik tok. Im not spending money on adds for them to do f all. And get no results. But happy to take my money. I’m sick of the same excuses and running around in circles and chatting to a dense brick wall team of support. That talk in riddles and can’t give a proper answer about how to help your instagram. I’m sick of paying for meta for actually nothing but a scam. I will be now focusing my time over on tik tok Because instagram isn’t what it used to be. Zuckerberg absolutely ruined instagram.

first things first, im not AI.Instagram needs to fix the anti cheat system, which allows bots to sign up and the anti cheat systems mass bans these bots. Now, my main account was banned for no absolute reason and its happening to others too and im going to solve all of your problems right now.What you NEED to do is make your account, and its going to auto suspend you because its a verification. all you need to do? is verify your email and your back in. its something quite new but annoying. Now if your account is SUSPENDED and it has a reason stated by it, contact the company. if you were banned for being stupid thats on you not my problem.Now my honest review for this company is, its becoming alot like tiktok and less 16+ Nobody likes the changes in social media but you know what i do?i just sit ther. because you cant do anything about it. @Kc24k1 on tiktok thumbs this up if it helps

1 star is a stretch currently. My account has been disabled without good reason and I am unable to contact anyone to get a response to get it reinstated. The online forms and emails are non responsive. I have done absolutely nothing to violate community guidelines and the fact that I am unable to speak to a physical person or get a response to my emails is ridiculous. This is unacceptable for an online company; you put small businesses at risk, are negligent in your responsibilities and need to be heavily regulated to protect the consumer.

Haven’t had any major problems with this app so far. Seems like a good app but some things should be fixed. I tried to log on the website but you can only use Facebook or use your email,username or phone number which doesn’t work! Also you can’t save the reels you liked unless you send them. This is incredibly annoying. It has also become a lot like tik tok. Honestly instagram isn’t anything special it’s just any other social media app

After getting my Facebook and Instagram Hacked, after messaging Instagram I still do not have a reply, still do not have access to my account therefore I am unable to remove what the hackers have posted. I am unable to warn others on my page. After notifying Instagram of a hacked account and report posts still nothing. After reporting a known account that had been hacked where they managed to change name and image Instagram still did not do nothing with this information. Absolutely shocking.

Stop Silencing Palestinian voices! Every time I try to share or make a comment on what is happening in Palestine, Instagram will shadow-ban me, showing their clear discrimination against Palestinian lives, like they do not matter. Palestinians have been living under occupation & oppression for 75 years. We should be allowed to amplify the voices of the oppressed, given we are supposed to be a democratic society. This is very unjust & prejudicial of Instagram. Everybody should have equal rights.

Instagram deletes my music videos without an explanation why. All the music is produced my myself. With my own instruments and personal compositions, as well as 100% royalty free samples. I filled out a copyright appeal form with all the necessary information. They just replied with some robot email, not further explaining why my music gets flagged and removed. Another once cool platform bought by a big sh**tty conglomerate that ruined it.
