This company decide to ruin my first business of 8000 followers.. due lockdown and fancy reports by sensitives people and envious colleagues .. but is not this the issue. I create a new profile .. I bought a new phone , new email address , new account , new devices , new profile .. the two not related at all .. till I realised that with no authorisation, no links between meta business suites( new and individual business suite for the new one.. I start to receive on the old account the notifications for the mentioning of the new account .. and this was not a choose but Facebook and instagram linked my accounts and keep shadow ban my new profile!! Those people are scammers!!

Absolute nightmare of an experience right now. I have been an Instagram user for over a decade building a following and using it as a source of communication as many people do. Some people I only communicate to thru Instagram. I started working for a legitimate luxury watch company 5 years ago who has nothing but excellent reviews everywhere in the watch community including online and on google. Instagram closed my account in September for infringing on someone else's intellectual property. After 2 weeks of emailing them, they responded saying they incorrectly closed my account and reactivated it. I responded to that email asking what caused them to close my account to begin with so I can avoid this happening in the future and never got a response. Fast forward to January13th... I am on vacation in Mexico and my account gets closed again for the same reason. I respond saying this is a mistake and has happened once before and they reopened my account after admitting it was a mistake. They responded the following day saying that they are keeping it closed because they believe I am advertising and selling counterfeit goods. They have not responded to any of my emails since. This is 100% false. I tried asking them how I can prove to them that I do not post or sell anything counterfeit. That everything is absolutely authentic and genuine and no response at all. I can provide tax returns showing where I work and they can search for themselves and see our excellent reviews online. But no response. This is extremely embarrassing for me to explain to people I know and I have completely lost communication with people who I only communicated with on IG and have wasted all my efforts to create a following for personal use and business use. I thought I can rely on Instagram as a source of communication but I see thats wrong. I am hesitant to create a new account now because it is hard to rely on them knowing they can just close my account incorrectly anytime they want and there is nothing I can do. No one to call and they just dont respond to any emails. I never did anything wrong in my life let alone try and promote anything counterfeit. This is a horrible way of doing business

I'm sure everyone reading this review knows about this social network.I am writing this review to support developers. They are constantly improving app and modernizing the features.Yes, there are some users who don't like it, but they just don't realize that it makes app faster and more stable.I am sure that this social network will continue to be popular. At least I realize that we are all used to it.By the way, if you think about it, this app should not have been a messenger from beginning. But now it is often used by people to exchange simple messages.

Awful customer service. I constantly use Instagram for collaborations and since I have been meta verified my collaboration feature doesn't work. I have contacted instagram at least a dozen times. The only thing they do is giving you a copy-paste answer. I actually think they have absolutely no idea how to fix the issue. However, they are charging me £11 per month. 2 months later and the problem is still there. If you are going to be charging customers, you should have a proper team that can fix problem, not just some "agents" who doesn't have a clue and try to get rid of you as soon as possible. I work in customer services and this appalling.

If I could give 0 I would. My account has been hacked and I have tried to contact Instagram in every way possible to get help. Verified with my face a million times and still nothing works and no one gets back to me to help. You’d think an app that helps people connect would connect with their consumers to help but it’s the worst thing I have tried. I’ve gotten rid of my other accounts also as I don’t want to be on a platform which offers zero help. So ridiculous

Ah yes they're now officially part of the 'Nazi brigade'; no one longer allowing free speech and frequently blocking posts and comments with no real reason other than their crap AI can't distinguish between hate speech, criticism and a valid opinion... Time to leave Instagram just like Facebook since they're now worse than FacebookHowever what really gets me is they do nothing about scams and people getting their accounts hacked or people impersonating others which is genuinely a real issue, instead they'd rather focus on nonsense.

Horrible experience... My account has been disabled for no good reason and I’ve done nothing to violate community guidelines. I originally tried to delete my old Instagram account that I wasn't using, and replace it with a new, more appropriate one. After being forced to jump through a lot of hoops, everything seemed to be going OK... I'd successfully posted a video... and then the account suspension! The video did not contain material that would offend anybody, so I have no idea what's going on. I see I'm not the only one who has had this problem. What a nightmare!

One of the worst platforms anyone could ever be on. And this showed Exactly the true colours of instagram. And its support for Genocide. Made couple of comments and they blocked my account about Isreal and it’s genocide in GAZA. What make me sick is that pro Isreal are completely allowed to say whatever they want against Palestinians and yet comments never get removed or accounts blocked, many many pro Isreal speak very openly and full of joy bout children & woman being killed in the war. & instagram is totally fine with it. Instagram it’s a horrible far right in supports of Isreali community only which are committing genocide, killing young children and woman. Instagram it’s a platform that suppose be for everyone but it’s not. Shame on this platform. No one should have to die from either sides but you can keep their comments and delete others. (I have to be honest I don’t not care about not having an account with them one bit). Rather be part of my own thing than a genocide supporters member. I would keep well away from this platform, just shows how they treat certain accounts. Shame on them.

the only reason people are using instagram is that there's no other option to escape zuckerburgs hell and get the same service, matter fact if any other platform would offer it and people choose to escape Zuckerburg's hell like they did the same way with facebook, zuckerburg is going to buy that platform again... he's like that crazy ex who can't handle rejection like people are sick of your policies psycho why don't you get over it.

My main account that I've had for 9 years was suspended on November 24th without warning for posting about p4le5t1n3 (@_sehar_99) still "under review." So, I made a new account to keep up to date with the journalists. It was suspended, and I didn't even post or comment with it once, I only liked content. I made a THIRD account, which was instantly suspended within 5 minutes for liking makeup by Ariels post about G4z4, the only thing I did with that account. This app is controlled by terrorists!

Recently I found out myself& through a lot of friends that adverts on instagram are scams.🤨I.e, I saw wellnee patches on instagram and ordered 1box of 10 patches for £11.40,+£3.95 shipping, when went to pay by my bank card,total was 48.70!! I notified the bank,the bank was not supposed to pay, however I have not received the product yet,when I emailed wellnee to can el, they refused,they withdrawal the £48.70, neither the bank nor the merchant were helpful. Also I found the same knee patches on Amazon from the same merchant(wellnee) the price was £7.99. Never trust the adverts on instagram now wellnee merchant. They charge whatever amount they like😳🤨

My account was hacked on the 18th of December. I was able to block the hackers., but have not been able to restore my account. I have tried numerous ways but unfortunately due to my email and phone number being changed, I am unable to receive any links. I have emailed Instagram security which have still not come back to me, even though I have told them that since this issue, I have lost a very dear friend of mine who passed away sadly, and I have a lot of voice notes with her that on my memories now. Want my account back and I have not been able to retrieve it or get any kind of help, nothing is working, and I am literally so upset right now. Instagram have let me down severely.

- 5 if it was possible.Allows bullying, racism and inappropriate sexual actions to be allowed for all to see but no one to comment on unless you have many followers then instagram likes to silence you. This site is a top site helping with and promoting the high rate of suicides especially with the young and even the old. The government should take a hard look at themselves for allowing this diabolical site to continue in destroying this well loved planet just so a few can get richer and richer. DISGRACEFUL.
